The worst customer service we have ever experienced. When we pulled up to the ordering screen, the kid said, "what do you want tonight?, after ordering we came to the window and all he said was the total, then when we checked our food and politely told him we were missing two of four tacos, he replied, "your said two." And stared at us as if expecting us to drive away! I told him we ordered 4 and he needed to get those for us. He reluctantly closed the window on us and we watched him say something to the cooks and came back with two more and again said the total for the other tacos only. He was the rudest person Ive spoken to in a long time and if he is there again next time, I am speaking to his manager about his lip. I would gladly show him how to work at jack in the box without pissing off the customers!

I ordered a Homestyle today and saw the guy in "charge" yelling at his kitchen workers. It was very loud and he was inconsiderate about us, the costumers. It sounded like the workers were getting yelled at for not helping him out but burgers were still coming out the kitchen. He was standing around most of the time yelling. Would not recommend having a family night over at this place. Unless that guy isnt working.

Yes, its fast food, but at times there is need for a fast food. We like the hot poppers(Peppers) with a good milk shake. The service has always been fast, courteous and even happy. Yes we even fight over the last one! We especially like it when they have given the antenna "jacks". Its free advertising and adds to the fun!

Mexican Chinese manager is so mean. I asked for 2 ranches. And she says shes not allowed to give more then on e per. Customer and shewouldnt sell me any. Every other jack n box in this state will give me what I ask for but this place She doesnt deserve her position. Rude place.

Great Buttery Jack WITHOUT the goofy tomatoes sauce! Manager in Snohomish on Avenue D is AWESOMELY nice, friendly and professional!!! I love the Coke machine and tried the Jumping Jack Splash, which was great and refreshing for summertime. Thank you!!!

The best thing about this place is tea if you like to have tea on the go this is the best place to go stop in and get the chicken bowl and the tea and it is healthiest fast food that I have found
