Sandwiches are fantastic!!! Staff are not very friendly at all. No smiles! I tried to spark up some positives, but all I got were negative vibes. Wouldnt want to come to this location for that reason alone. Been to other ones and they were just okay. Not sure what it is with this one especially though. Management! Train your staff better in this area and youve got a gold mine waiting for you ahead of Jimmy Johns, Subway, and Jersey Mikes!!!

I have never had a bad sandwich, regardless of location. All of them look the same and are familiar. Not like Subway where everg sandwich tastes the same. These are so distinct. And soups are famtastic. Stick with smaller portions and flatbread samdwiches and they easily fit reduced calorie options. Outstamding for lunch or spur of the moment dinner.

Wonderful soups and sandwiches! Weve been to 3 different locations and ordered something new each time. Have not been disappointed. Lots of flavor! I also like the ability to customize your meal and can see right on the menu board calorie counts for those of us keeping track. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food. Will come again!

Love Potbelly. This location always seems really empty, so its always a great location to stop in and grab a quick bite. Their sandwiches are toasted, but the real star is the hot peppers - this mixture of jalapenos, oil, carrots, etc... Its superb. Ask for extra, I think its free.

Requested half the sandwich with peppers and half without; the sandwich ended up being full of peppers. Asked to cut sandwich in half, she cut it into 3/4 +1/4. Food was very delicious, but staff needs to learn math :)

Cheap, fast, "hot" sandwiches; soups, and salads. Theyre not bad, have a lot of seating, and are clean and comfortable. Both Potbelly and Starbucks have WiFi.
