I went through today and ordered a #7. Gave my card. Got my drink. Got my card back and food at the same time. Guy closed the window and went around the corner to the food area. No receipt. I waited for him to come back and when he saw me I asked why I didnt get my receipt. He gave it to me, but I asked again why I never get my receipt at this establishment. He just points to it now in my hand and says "Its right there." Ive had many issues with this Jack in the Box never giving me my receipt until I ask. Ive complained to regional management. Nothing has changed. I think Im pretty much done going to this JITB. Me going here less recently because of it -- Ive come rather fond of the Wendys down the road.

I love the staff here. Ive never had a single one of them be rude etc to me in the 4 years Ive worked nearby and eaten here. That said sometimes there is a LONG wait. I have no idea why, but I have spent several lunch breaks sitting in the drive through only to not have time to actually eat my food - no kidding. Ive literally sat in line for 15+ mins after ordering my food. So if youre tight on time, this may not be the best location to visit.. but the kids working are so sweet and polite, and theyve never messed up my food!

Ive been here several times and every time, I have a negative customer experience. The staff are impatient, complain about using coupons they sent me, touched my order with unclean hands after I sent the order back, then refused to remake their incorrect order. There is a major attitude problem with the staff. These are all problems Ive never experienced with other locations. If you come here, expect to deal with some sort of issue.

One of the JITB I dont like going to but do because its the closest. Staff are really unfriendly and give the impression they dont want to be there. Granted, maybe they dont but they should be taught some basic professionalism. One another similar option comes along, they are going to lose a lot of business.

For a first time experience at a Jack In The Box in Redmond Washington or anywhere else in the world this is the greatest time to be here when theres nobody else here so good fresh ingredients crisp hot fries iced tea brewed to perfection great environment clean restaurant Im impressed five stars

I come here every couple of weeks... service is usually slow. Much better during evening hours. Edit: Second time very recently theyve messed up my order. The last order was watery coffee + cold fries. Very disappointed theyve lost a customer.

Buttery Jack was an amazing value and beautifully prepared. I ate it so fast but should have taken a picture first. It was amazing. Lettuce and tomato were great. Not the usual fast food experience and everybody was friendly. Perfect timing!

You know what.....ive been to this Jack in da box a few times now (maybe even SEVERAL TIMES, YOU KNOW WHAT IM SAYIN) and its been a great journey every time. DA TACOS? EXCELLENTE. DEM CURLY FRIES? MORE LIKE, OTHER WORDLY FRIES BABBAY!

As Jack in the Box restaurants go, this is by far the best one in my area. The restaurant is fairly clean and the service us fast compared to other nearby Jacks.
