Today I had my first and last experience at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The only positive: the sandwich was decently assembled. Everything else was disappointing: the "extra" onion/lettuce/tomato on the sandwich were almost non-existent; the mayo on the side was contaminated with other ingredients; the hot peppers on the side were badly oily and mixed or contaminated with other ingredients; the cheese on the sandwich is undetectable and the meat is barely noticeable; the soup was run of the mill, bland except for salt and watery; the prices are a joke for the quality level and portion size; the bacon was rubbery and cold; the entire menu of this shop for my gluten and milk protein (casein) free diet without giving up ingredients they wont replace with cheaper alternatives without charging me extra is one thing - the vegetable soup. The topper for me was that when I wanted to substitute mushrooms instead of blue cheese (and surely the blue cheese costs more) on a salad I was told they wont do that and the mushrooms would cost extra. I skipped getting anything for myself and I wont be going back. Edit: After talking with the regional manager I was encouraged enough that I went back to the Redmond Potbelly. Despite the regional managers assurances they still insisted on charging me to replace the blue cheese with mushrooms. Worse yet I found that my salad was contaminated with pieces of blue cheese despite asking to not have it on there. My wifes sandwich got feta in it through some similar cross-contamination of ingredients. When I contacted the regional manager about this upsetting experience his response was basically "Thanks for the feedback, Ill keep coaching them." So my final conclusion about them is: the service, quality, selection, attitude and prices add up to failure all the way around. Edit2: I went back a last couple of times mainly because they have more to offer my wife than they do me. By getting the manager first, clearly expressing my allergies and being very attentive I was able to get some plain salads with some meat. My wife was still not terribly thrilled with her sandwiches and I dont like to work that hard for a very plain salad. We stopped going back.

I feel like every experience I have here is a complete joke. Ive been compd lunch for my entire office twice. Once because they got everyones order wrong, simple as that. The second time, I called in an order, was put on hold because they were busy, then was again told they were busy before the woman said "just...can you order it online?" To which I replied, "Im hands free in the car, not really." Then ended up having to walk in since I was already on the way and wait an incredibly long time for one salad. While waiting forever for my one salad that they were too busy to take the order for over the phone, I heard nothing but employees complaining about how it was too busy and they were "at their breaking point." Then I ended up being a good 10 minutes late to work after having to walk all of the way back so my coworker could be there to treat our patients and had to take the car. They compd the entire clinics lunch as an apology, but then I get the orders and one salad was completely wrong, while mine had a huge fly in it. They tried to comp it again, but at this point, after 3 compd lunches, a fly, and the worst customer service I can imagine...I think Im just good to call it quits on Potbelly forever. Im finding a new place for lunch orders, perhaps Subway or JJ Mahoneys, or even Jimmy Johns....any place other than this one.

Is their food good? Yes. Is the service good.. eh. I ordered online, paid for my food, had a little credit on my account so it was a tad bit cheaper, go to the place to pick it up & they said they didnt have any pick ups. I told them I already paid online. I showed them proof of that. I was told they were calling their app people and will have my payment reversed. So I had to pay twice & the worst part is they wouldnt honor my price I paid online. Therefore I paid $2 more in store. Which is whatever. But the fact they would NOT HONOR the price I had ALREADY paid online previously is baffling & in my opinion not the best customer service.

Place is delicious. Ive only ordered The Wreck" the few times Ive been there. It is basically a pizza sandwich combined with roast beef and bacon, its incredible! Get it with the orea shake and you will not be disappointed. They also have healthier options like salads and real fruit smoothies that looked pretty good. I think they even have gluten free options as well. This place beats the hell out of subway, and better quality meat/ingredients than quiznos

I usually hate Tuesdays because I have a really really long day and work 3 jobs. But every other Tuesday I come in to Potbelly to grab dinner really quick before I hit my 3rd and final job of the day. The people working in there are always so incredibly nice it always seems to turn my day around! I love the food, the service is always super great, and the staff is hands down the best around! Keep it up!

A great place to grab lunch, Potbelly has a artisan feel to their sandwiches that left me satisfied, full and happy. Top the good sandwiches, soups and flatbreads with the occasional live music and you have a place that you can have lunch with co-workers to writing a paper for school. The outdoor patio is pretty nice in the winter, although not completely protected from the elements.

They have messed up on our pick-up orders multiple times, which we have looked past because the salads are good. But today (Saturday) I called for a delivery because I am working and cant leave my client stranded and was told they only deliver Mon-Fri. Some businesses are open on the weekends and some people cant leave their offices any time they would like.

Potbelly makes seriously delicious sandwiches good and hot with quality ingredients. Theyve got Bigs at this location that totally hit the spot if you can eat. The workers are always friendly and they either hired a beautiful new girl or the brunette thats always in there has a killer new haircut. Goodness gracious girl, so so saucy!

Ive really liked the other Potbelly Sandwich Shops Ive visited but this one is off. The sandwiches are always dried out. Im not sure what theyre doing but theyre off enough that I probably wont eat at any of their shops for a while. I ate at this one about five times because I was working nearby and it kind of ruined it for me.

This place was awful. We have ordered from them for online delivery numerous times and every time they forget something from our order. I called today and over 2 hours ago they said they were having the driver bring the missing items and so far he hasnt shown. Their customer service is horrible, I dont recommend this place.

Its on a Panera level for me. You can really taste the lunch meat in the Skinny TKY. The soups are good, and great for dipping sandwiches in. I dined in once, and the restaurant was crazy cold--the benches were cold, drafts even came under the restroom door.
