Strike 1: I asked the lady behind the counter what savory dishes were on the menu since there were no signs listing those dishes. She was too lazy to answer me, so she told me to just look in the glass-covered counter all the way across the room. Fine. Whatever. Strike 2: I tell the guy behind the counter what I want and wait to be checked out. The cashier doesnt acknowledge me for quite some time, because shes too busy typing something into the POS. When she checks me out, she accidentally types something wrong in the system, slams the counter with her fist in frustration, and had to run my card twice. OK. No big deal. Strike 3: They take FOREVER to give me half of my order, and I finally figured out that they forgot about it when I see all three of them standing around the counter doing nothing. I politely asked the woman I first spoke to if my order was ready and she goes and throws her gloves at the wall as if to suggest that she is annoyed with me for asking about something for which I HAVE ALREADY PAID!! Yea. Not OK. She didnt even apologize for the wait. I should have told her that I didnt want it. I should have asked for a refund, but at this point, I was starving after having to wait so long for my food. I finally sat down to eat and it was disgusting! I couldnt even make myself eat it. On top of that, the food gave me a headache for the rest of the afternoon!! At least the pie I ordered was edible. This location is horrible. The two women here have major attitude problems. Go to the Fremont location where the people are friendly and the food is delicious.

Wonderfully tasting gluten free and vegan pizza, pasta, salad, calzone, daily bread, daily soup, espresso, loose teas, bomb hot sauce and excellent friendly staff! The textures of the food are awesome considering there vegan and gf! If all you care about is eating gf that has the same texture as gluten ingredient foods. This may not be the place for you. They care about WhaT they serve to there patrons and are VERY knowledgeable! Every ingredient used is listed next to the food item. I have allergies beyond gluten, soy, dairy, animal products and ect. Im so excited that I can eat 100% of there products! I really have A LOT respect for a place that truly cares about what they serve. I drive from Tukwila to this location 2 times a week! Really enjoy the atmosphere and staff.

My friend and I had salads and pizza. I have gluten and dairy allergies. I had kale salad and we had zucchini, cauliflower, and broccoli gluten free vegan pizza. It was excellent. They also carry Blue Sky sodas made with cane sugar. I wish i had looked at the label because I was thinking of the Blue Sky soda made with Stevia. Not their fault and it tasted good. I brought home some day-old baked goods and they were still very fresh-tasting.

The atmosphere definitely wasnt as cozy and inviting as Freemont. The customer service is hit or miss, sometimes theyre great but other times they seem frazzled (even with no other customers) and aloof. BUT...they make the same amazing lattes (the best around by far) and carry the same delicious items. Plus, all the half price day old items are great to stock up on

Theres a way to create gluten-free pastries that are texturally similar to their gluten-full counterparts and good flavor-wise, but Im not sure that they have quite gotten there yet at Flying Apron. The cupcakes, in particular, suffered from a dryness and structural weakness compared to gluten-full versions; Ive had gluten-free versions that were better than this.

A treat! We have been to Flying Apron several times. The savory dishes are just as delicious as the sweets. Although we follow a vegan diet, we dont eat gluten-free, but we are happy to here because all the baked goods weve tried have been yummy. We also find the staff to be helpful and kind.

I was recently dishonest with a soy and tree nut allergy. I have been searching for a good restaurant. The pizza was great! I barely missed the cheese. The maple chocolate muffin was ok. The workers were really friendly and very knowledgeable when I told them about my allergies.

It is SOO nice to be able to eat dessert again!! Im allergic to milk and eggs so to find a bakery who can make yummy desserts without those is amazing! And my mom is also allergic to gluten so this is perfect for us!! Thanks so much for coming to town! :)

Finally I found place where you can buy European style cakes and muffins - without tons of sugar!!! Yeah, Im really excited when Im thinking about another visit:) and really good coffee, you know what I mean ? REALLY GOOD COFFEE

Fairly kid-friendly, well-priced fresh juices, and pretty good food (baked goods are on the heavy side; even for GF/vegan). So glad to have this in Redmond since I used to enjoy the Fremont location quite a bit while in college.
