So Ive been wanting to try this place for a while, so when my son wanted a pie instead of a cake for his birthday I thought it was a perfect opportunity. We had a fun day at wild waves and left a bit early at 6 so we would get to pie lab before they closed at 7. As we were walking up there was a couple that reached the door ahead of us. To my surprise the woman pulled out some keys and unlocked the door. As she was going in I reached the door so I started to ask if they were closed. She rudely cut me off at my second word with a very annoyed "were closed." I started to object, pointing at the sign on the door in front of her face clearly showing the hours saying they were open till 7. I only manage to get out "but the...." before she actually slammed the door in my face and pointedly relocked the door. I kind of just stood there in shock for a few seconds before I checked the time on my phone. It was 6:32. I understand sometimes places have to close early for various reasons. It has happened to me in the past and Ive never felt the need to review a business poorly over it. It would have just been unlucky. Being rude to customers and actually slamming a door in someones face is not ok. Their pies may be wonderful, but I dont plan to go back to find out.

This place is amazing! Whether you are looking for a quick snack; sweet or savory, they have it! They offer minis, slices, and whole pies. Plus I noticed they have a freezer section where they have pre-made goodies that are ready to be sold, and baked at home! They offer a small cafe menu as well, and have cold drinks available. The atmosphere is relaxing, and quiet. The staff are super friendly, and I believe they have services with Uber eats? You can always call to see what their daily pie flavors are, and they are all made by scratch in store! (We had the mini millionaire, and cookie pie; both were delicious)!

I had been in twice but resisted temptation for the sweets. Savory treats are my weakness and I only learned today they had them. I was disappointed only because I didnt realize the 5 inch pies are cooked off for immediate eating and they were out of them. I wanted to try them first. The gentleman behind the counter explained and guided me in a very friendly and professional manner and sold me on the 9 Shepherds Pie. I cannot describe the perfect balance of ingredients; moist and absolutely delicious. I am, however, concerned for my waistline. Discovering Pie Lab will be my undoing!

First thing when I walk in was an extremely happy worker and she helped me to choose the delicious Peach Bourbon pie. Completely recommend it to you with their vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere in the place is really open and happy. Briefly met the owner of the place whose first sentence to me after saying good morning was "Hows the pie?" I enjoy seeing the local owners with a sincere interest in the quality of their products. Ill be back again soon.

I truly enjoy their carry-out frozen pot pies! The Steak & Ale is my new favorite, to go along with their Chicken Curry flavored one. Friendly, patient staff. I do wish their website would include baking instructions on it and I attempted to email them several weeks ago but no one ever bothered to respond to me which was frustrating, as Id just purchased 8 frozen pot pies but was not provided the baking instructions!

The store has a horrible layout. They put the display case right in front of the door. You have to walk through the crowd of people trying to decide, just to get in. For a pie shop i was expecting more options. We got the coconut cream pie which was okay. The coconut flavoring was really light. For $5 a slice I wont be going back. If that price included a cup of coffee then it would be worth it.

I love everything about pie... I was so excited when I heard about this place... so I went there and spent way too much money on a pie that tasted like it was from the Fred Meyers bakery. I gave it another shot with a different pie and I was still disappointed. Honestly I would rather buy those frozen pies from Safeway and bake them for an hour they taste way better than the one here!

The women here are very degrading to their only male employee I saw when I was there! It appears they are secretly men haters. The pie is good, but the man hating energy was through the roof! In many cases product is King! BUT the atmosphere of how they were treating the only man employee was Shameful! I hope they can turn that...

Stopped by today for pie for my wifes birthday. AMAZING! The guy behind the counter was very helpful, cool and answered all of my questions. You dont find places like this anymore, and we will be coming back often, especially as we live nearby. I loved watching the make pies from scratch right in front of us, between customers.

The store is super cute, comfortable and I could watch them roll out the pies - truly amazing! I loved sitting at the bar and asking the baker questions about the pie. The pie was wonderful and every bit worth the $5 price tag. I had sour cream lemon, very yummy and beautiful. I will take fresh, "homemade" any day.

I came here with my wife and her moms group kids. We had a one hour session of making a fruit based pie and while that one was baking we made a custard no bake pie. The host had all the kids attention the whole time which made the time fly. Ill definitely have to come back and get another big pie for myself.

Yesterday Pie Lab hosted my sons 3rd birthday party. Susan, Marie, and the rest of the staff were amazing. My wife and I didnt know what to expect but these guys made all of the kids attending the party special especially the birthday boy. We loved everything from learning how to make pies to cutting the cake

Ordered a coconut cream pie. Huge disappointment. Extremely bland and no flavor. Filling was about a 1/4 of the pie and the rest was heaped on whipping cream. Crust was not anything to brag about either. Sticker shock - $30.00 for the pie. Not worth it at all. Sorry to be negative but wont be back.

The pie crust was perfect, customer service fine, peach bourbon pie was a little sweet and could have had more peaches. The coffee was really weak and lukewarm. A hot cup of strong coffee would have made the experience better. Website says, "coffee and a slice" - next stop The Pie Goddess in Enumclaw...

I guess dessert deliciousness is subjective as there seems to be some mediocre reviews, but as for my experience? Holy Flippin Cow Ive Died and Gone to Heaven as Something This Small Cannot Possibly Taste This Celestially Decadent so Please Stop Talking So I Can Savor Every Bite, Im Eating a Pie!

They offer value to the Neighborhood. I like that they are next to trader joe. They also have bathrooms for customers which is nice. Their pies are good because they can be mealy or sweetie pies. I get emotional over this food.
