My family and I were loyal customers of many years until one of the owners took advantage of us when we had them cater an event when they were still located in the little shack they called a restaurant. Their mother was away because one son had been in an accident and the remaining son took care of the business. We paid $1k to cater a triple communion and clean the kitchen... They cleaned up just fine... And took the food we paid for with them, saying it wasnt stated in the contract that left overs belonged to us. And when we went back to the restaurant to ask where the food was and that we needed feed more guests, he had the nerve to be upset about it and take his time to deliver some. Who does that? We paid for that food! That wouldnt happen in a restaurant setting. The restaurant throws away left overs... at least we hope they do, right? Never heard of that in a catering scenario... So, either he was going to party with that food or had plans to resell it. Thats too bad because my mother in law really enjoyed it ty here. They had the most delicious tortillas.Two generations stopped eating there because of a greedy, conniving douche. I hope it was worth it because Im sure over the years, my family alone would have brought you much more than that $1k... thats not how you treat people... especially not loyal customers.

The best authentic Mexican food in the area. The portion sizes are HUGE, and the food is GREAT. They are usually busy but get you in quickly. They have a separate bar ... separate from the main restaurant but still open to the restaurant. There are multiple TV sets that usually have the big football games on. The restaurant is very noisy and not a place to go if you want intimate conversation but is the place if you want excellent food. They have a childrens menu and offer the kids crayons to color their menu upon arrival. Waitresses are very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for authentic Mexican food.

Food is excellent but the service is very...very slow. Especially in the bar. Even if its not crowded which there is really no excuse for. Not just a 1 time thing, ive been going here 2-3 times a month for years because the food is so good and I live very close, but in the last 6 months with new help or whatever, the service has fell flat. Last week, 1st time EVER I left without tipping my waitress. I hope they fix this problem because as Ive said, the food is fantastic.

Tasteless food. Got a shrimp burrito, husband got ceviche tostadas and a carnitas burrito. All of our food was horribly bland, the shrimp had no seasoning, the rice was just white rice, and the beans were tasteless. Neither of us ate more than a few bites. Sadly we got our food to go because they were closing soon otherwise I would have complained personally and hopefully they would have been able to take care if it.

I love coming here because the food is great and the chips and salsa are amazing, today I give it four stars because my tastebuds were not the biggest fans of the lack of salt on my omelette, other than that the food was great. This place is amazing, usually packed but if you come early on Sunday mornings for menudo youll find the place to be empty enough to be served pretty fast. The severs are also very nice

This is the best Mexican Restaurant in Solano County. We have eaten her since the cabin days. The family and staff are friendly and attentive, The food is consistently great. You can ask for any special requests and the staff will do their best to perform for you. The patio dining is great on summer evenings. This business is a huge asset to the "new" downtown.

Casual and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive!! My husband had the chicken torta, fabulous, and I had a beef enchilada and taco. The beef was shredded, not dry, and perfectly seasoned, very good. The sauce/ meat ratio was perfect, not to much sauce, not too much beef. Well definitely be returning and telling all our friends!!

Great, fresh tasting food. Awesome, fast efficient working people. A little noisy, but who cares, its all happy smiles. I love the environment and Id go back all the time...in fact, I am always recommending this uplifting place to my co-workers and friends!! They all gathered around to sing for my daughters birthday, what more could I want.

If you want authentic Mexican food, this place is definitely not for you. If you want a nice family atmosphere, great service, full bar service, and very Americanized Mexican food, youve found your spot. I would visit this place if I was invited there, and would enjoy myself, but I would not make a special trip here.

This place has the best mexican food around .the service is fantastic. When you walk in your greeted right away. The owner is allways there to make you feel welcome .the portions are plentiful ,you wont leave hungry. If you havent been there you need to go you wont be disappointed

I was in town for training and asked the locals for the best Mexican food. I was sent to LA Cabana. It was so good. The only thing that I wasnt impressed with was the rice. Chips dont seem to be made fresh but are still very good. Their salsa is delicious.

Good place to eat. Great atmosphere, great bar and great service. Flat screens everywhere to watch your favorite team play. The wait time however can be up to 25 min when busy and you cant call ahead to make reservations. Its first come first serve here.

This was my first time at this restaurant. i orderd the coctel de camarones and it was good. the burrito my wife orderd was not that great the sauce was bland. the tacos my kids had were the best because they are made with hand made tortillas.

So many choice but I appreciate the tortilla-free options. The house specialties such pollo ranchero are generously portioned and they will substitute a side salad for the rice and beans. The entree size salads are good also.

The food was good and the platters are the right size. The service was great and if your not REALLY hungry then you will have to take your food to go. The only con was where we were seated. Everything else is great.

I did not stay and eat in the restaurant so I cant comment on the service, but it looked to have a lot "atmosphere". This would not be a place to come for a quiet dinner. The food we got as take-out was excellent.

OK Mexican food place. It has a good vibe but the food is mediocre. I ordered a surf and turf fajitas but it wasnt great. The server was frienly but the service is a bit slow. I wouldnt come back.
