Went for the first time for the $5 big box promo. Were no strangers to a good fast food deal, so we got two orders of the 3 chicken tenders, a biscuit, and two sides box. The "tenders" were not strips at all, rather mangled globs of fatty scrap. My stomach is turning thinking about them. All 6 strips from both our meals were awful. The sides were about two tbsp each and cold. The tiny order of fries was at least hot and tasty, as was the biscuit. You get two sauce cups with the chicken but they must be the same flavor...who knows why. Condiment containers were completely empty. I never thought Id prefer some reconstituted nuggets from Burger King more. Get a sandwich at the new Chik fil a up the road instead - reasonbly priced and waaaaay bettet chicken.

Very poor customer service and cold food. Was not given a reciept. Also, Is there not a fire code that prohibits the egress doors from being locked while customers are present? We had to wait ten minutes to be let out of tbe resturant. They may have been closing, but I do NOT want my life and my family to be at the mercy of manager with the keys in the case of an emergency! When I worked retail we had to post a person at the exit until all customers where vacated, then and only then did we lock the main exit. We also had a one way fire exit locked to the outside but able to be opened from the inside. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I really dont get why people like Popeyes its not like real Cajun food , what they call spicy is mild for Taco Bell . I will say there spices and beans arent bad and their chicken is okay but could be much better if it were a bit more moist and the breading is just to dry. Now I know realistically its still fast food and I dont expect perfect home style cooking , but on top of it their portion sizes are just so small its really not a deal at all. I really wonder how people judge food quality so poorly.

The food is always fantastic, however there customer service is lacking to say the least. I am always having to waiting in the parking lot for 20-25 mins before I get my order. Then when they finally do bring it out they forget your sauce by that time its not even worth asking for any because your wait has been so long. Not to mention sometimes they say certain tenders are frozen so we cant order them.. Sounds like the employees are not doing there job.

Not a great experience, ordered Spicer got regular mashed was open all over the bag and slaw was 3/4 full. The replaced it and chicken had the color but was not Spicey top eat, strips were soggy and sides were ok but since my $30.00 meal I purchased the biscuits were ok they did not free the need to include biscuits in the replacement. Next weekend chik-fila really gonna miss the Spicy

Very poor customer service. They had me change items on my order simply because they were too lazy to make it. You have a job, do it. With that kind of work ethic its no wonder youre working fast food. Charging for extra sauce is theft. What is this communist Russia? Is this company rationing? Come on. Im sure you can afford to hand out free sauce.

Ive been here a couple of times and always leave disappointed. They are always out of something and they usually stack people up in front of the store to wait for food. Any other popeyes Ive ever been to had always been great. This location however is seriously lacking in the management department. Save your money and go down the road to KFC.

The food is always fantastic, dont get me wrong, but the staff is the only thing that really keeps me from coming back. 25+ minute waits, along with generally unpleasant employees 75% of the time, doesnt make for a great experience. Maybe it depends on the time of day, but when youre the only customer, you begin to question things.

Excellent tasting chicken. However, the lady that served us was not very nice She literally ignored us telling her 3 times we wanted to give her exact change. I even handed her the change, which she ignored, giving us back many more coins. Aggregating especially since we never got a spoken word back, at all.

The food was ok but i dont get the sauce thats supposed to come with the set but thats still ok. We ordered six wings, ten chickens tenders, rip n chick and later on my bf go ask for more ranch and the manager said whats we order and we supposed to pay for the dip so just charged us for it then.

I hate this location . I either get pies that are still frozen or chicken that is burnt and sitting out too long. The owner needs to go on Undercover Boss and see how bad the service and food is at that location . The staff needs to be trained properly as well.

Terrible customer service, the girl at the drive thru couldnt do basic math and why do you always have to ask for butter and jam for your biscuits? If you dont offer it to your customers why even have it.

Good chicken. Housekeeping is lacking and the floor is like an ice skating think of grease. Nice place for a slip and fall claim. Go through the drive through if your dont want to break your neck

Food is great for fried chicken but they are always out of chicken pieces .This time it was legs and thighs that leaves breast and wings only. Out of butter self serve area was empty .

Surf and turf is a good value and well prepared. I always enjoy the spicy chicken and the tenders. And a biscuit with butter and honey is a perfect end to the meal.

Bad. Cant wait for Chick-fil-A to open in the area as I paid extra for 2 breasts and 2 thighs and that isnt what I got when I got home. Forget this place.

Food is good but they stop serving all food before 9:30 and they close at 10.... They need to post that they close at 9:30 not 10
