Ich habe noch nie so einen ekligen, dreckigen und heruntergekommenen KFC gesehen. Als wir rein sind, ist mit gleich der Appetit vergangen und ich habe auf Essen verzichtet. Klebriger Boden, schmutzige Tische und Bänke, versiffte Theke...und keine Gäste außer uns.

Was told to hold on when I was the only customer in the drive through. Afterwards waited 10 minutes to be told by another person to wait please. Then as I decide to give up and go inside I drive past the window and see the two people talking at the window. Wow great job and fast food employees want $15 an hour. Right, no way!

Slow, unprofessional service ("Hey dude", "hey man"). Also, the windows of the food warmers were very disgusting & dirty. Cashier had to keep asking the kitchen if they had certain types of chicken prepared (this is Kentucky Fried CHICKEN right? Then continued to give 5-15 minute wait times for every item ordered.

Rude. they made a mistake on my food, I told her she has to toss it very dramatically. With a bad attidude . Hey im paying, for my food! not like im getting it for free! I im not coming here again. Place is dirty, floor is filthy, an chairs in the booth is is al rip up. How old they are.

Today I purchased a 12 pcs original meal from the Kentucky Fried Chicken located in Millbrae. The First thing wrong was the employee only put 11 pcs in the box, the Second problem was the chicken was extremely salty. I did not enjoy the chicken at all

Food is ok..horrible service..they got 1 person working there..this individual is handling money then putting food in the boxes..was waiting 20 minutes ..cheap owner dont want to hire more people..1 star is too generous..should be negative 10

Food took a little while but they did seem to be short staffed. But very friendly people that even chased us down in the parking lot to give us the rest of our order we forgot!! I had not had KFC since I left Iowa last year....I loved it!!!

BAD SERVICE - DONT COME! My family always loves KFC. But this location is horrible; they gave less chicken from what I have order, so I have to drive back. I spoke to the employee, she gave me hard time and don’t believe me.

I went there twice and couldnt order. The first was the card machines not working. The second was 1 employee being inside working alone. I sympathize, but not being able to order hurts. I go elsewhere.

Ordered a two piece $5 box and got a free original breast b/c they were running low on grilled chicken. Place was a bit dirty. Did not need to use the bathroom. Plenty of parking.
