First off, Im a trucker. Walked up to the door, signs says, Lobbt closed at 9:30am. Staff outside says go in and order since your a trucker. Nice of them to make the exception. Order my breakfast burritos, {meal}, and our tasted ok, nothing to stand out, sort of bland and generic taste. It was okay though. However, the coffee was great. Talk to the staff while waiting for my order. One staffer says that the lobby has been closed for a couple of weeks due to personnel shortage. People keep quitting. They dont have enough people to run the dining room and drive up, so they just run the drive up. Also, they cant get enough people hired to work nights, as no one wants to. So they close at night, I guess. Store is clean, taken care of. Food was warm, not hot, but the coffee was fantastic. And the people that do work there now are friendly and polite. One have it a 2 star, as the did was only warm and bland, but the store owner or manager is really doing an Injustice and incovierence to both the customers, and the staff for sure.

Orders are frequently wrong, grave shift workers are extremely lazy, about a week and a half ago they had a line backed up a few cars deep, taking a solid 5-10 minutes per car to get their order done, paid for, and send the customer on their way. They shut the entire place down from what I can assume is just a terrible work ethic, but I also dont know what goes on in there aside. That being said, theres a reason this place is frequently rated so poorly. Driving late-night from Kingston, to wait in line for ~20 mins because driving back hungry would be a waste of time, just to be told "sorry, were closed" is a load of hot garbage. Do not waste your time or money coming here. Next time Ill just dine in at Sharis or something..

I just had jack in the box this morning as as soon as i was done with my food i got MAJOR food poisoning! -_- Ive never had it this bad I had to run to the bathroom as if i was going to puke. Instead I had bad number 3 :O Been feeling like this for almost 8 hours now and i still dont feel any better. Now I might have to call off work because someone working with food there isnt paying much attention of what theyre serving to the public. I really hope you guys check your foods before anyone else has to experience what i am expierencing today ): I just wanna dieeee!!!!! D: D: D: D:

Shout out to the girl working the late shift on Sunday night, the 20th of August. There was a very large order before us in the drive thru and we had to wait a very long time. When I finally placed my single order for a medium diet coke, she said theyd comp it. She was so professional despite being under stress and having people give her a hard time. Not sure about the other employees, but this one was friendly and energetic. I would come back solely based on this experience.

So... on My most recent visit the manager delivers my parties order to another table and leaves it there for several minutes. When he goes to deliver that parties actual order he realizes his mistake. You might expect he would apologize and get my order remade, NOPE he picks it up and tries to deliver it to my table like nothing happened. When I called him on it he sheepishly disappeared behind the counter and makes the cashier deliver the replacement.

i heart the food. they were also the first 24hr place in poulsbo. im am not a frequent customer but when we go, they have never failed to mess up our order. either an item or ingredients is flubbed. weve driven through the drive through a couple times to get it right. Breakfast overlooking the bay is the one of the best sights in town.

If the staff payed closer to details it would get a better rating the food is often missing items or is not that fresh. In the summer the restaurant is an oven in the winter it is a freezer especially cold now that the gas fireplace is never on in the winter and Im pretty sure its the only heat other than the equipment in the kitchen!

I have never had bad service here. Theyre always really polite. I think that the people who get their orders messed up are people who talk too quietly. Today I am in for the lunch rush, and theres this one guy with sideburns and glasses who is literally running back and forth from cold storage. I really admire that hustle!

This particular time I went, the computers had gone down in the middle of my order and they decided to comp my meal even though I was more than willing to wait and pay. Food was hot and the service was fast and more than exceptional. Havent had an issue with this location at all. Definitely prefer it over Silverdales.

Ordered a mushroom swiss buttery jack meal with no special instructions. Drove away only to find out 15 minutes down the road that there was no burger patty or mushrooms - just a piece of cheese, tomatoes and some sauce on a toasted bun. No receipt either. Called the manager who was receptive but unsurprised.

i asked for tacos with no sauce. when i got to the window and asked them they realized they had put sauce on it which is fine atleast they can fix the problem so they made me new tacos and wheni got home low and behold sauce so i dont think they did very well at all my self.

All tables were dirty,no napkins,no condiments,staff chatting out in million with friends while people in line.appeared to have no supervision at all.mens bathroom had holet in wall like someone punched it.not a pleasant experience.

They started off slow when they first opened but now they are much quicker. At least if youre waiting you know the food is not sitting around like some other fast food places.

Its a good JIB however the wait times regardless if you are in a car or walkin are long. Its typically dirty in there. Other than that its your typical fast food place.

This specific Jack In The Box has lower standards than most, they often will close down certain machines until the shift changes, and food is worse here.

Id recommend opening more than one register. Never been in here when at least 3 people werent waiting in line.
