The next closest Taco Bell is in Rohnert Park, and while that one is admittedly better, this ones not bad. The food is fine because they use the same stuff at the same portions as at any other location. You really cant screw that up unless you put the wrong ingredients in. There have been some new employees who clearly werent quite ready for the job, but those tend to improve quickly or move on. Out of a number of orders greater than Id care to admit, the biggest mistake Ive had was a forgotten drink, which I noticed myself before I drove off, so no harm done. Its not a spectacular dining experience, but you get tacos for dollars. What more do you want?

Google will not stop prompting me to write a review for this place. I happened to have my GPS turned on when I went here last week, and now Im getting notifications twice a day. Is this what you want Google? Will this make you happy? Im just trying to live my life and youre just harassing me every day. I dont deserve this, Taco Bell doesnt deserve this, the people there actually provided me with some of the best customer service Ive ever had at a Taco Bell, which was nice considering how terrible my day was going. I hope this pleases the omnipotent Google overlords and I can stop getting notifications now.

Omg the teenage or young adult employee didnt want to work so his manager kept yelling at him "Michael why are you juat standing there?? Michael DO something" Then he cusses a lot. And then I mentioned there were no napkins in the lobby. There were like 3 strewn on the filfthy shelf next to it. I told the mgr and he said "theres some" I was like omg that is disgusting. Bunch of hobos sit there all evening too and they are too lazy to kick them out.

My husband and I arent too picky or needy when it comes to fast food, but weve gone through the drive-thru of this Taco Bell 3 times and every time we went, the person handling our order was very rude and messed up our order. I cant understand why the managers would put such an inept, unfriendly person in their drive-thru dealing with paying customers. Needless to say, 3 times of horrible service was enough for us to never go back.

By far, the slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to. It makes no sense. I watched as it took nearly 7 minutes (I timed it) for one employee to make a cheesy gordita crunch. People are friendly enough, but it Taco Bell... Its supposed to be fast food. I could go to a real Mexican restaurant, order 2 Al pastor burritos, and it would still be quicker. I just dont get it...

Its Taco Bell. What is there to say? Sometimes the freeze machine is not working. The manager is funny and engaging with customers, by my general observation. My son eats there a lot so Ive seen a variety of situations go down and he keeps his staff in a good temperament even when things go wrong, but still teaches them how to handle mistakes well.

Terrible. Worst TacoBell EVER. The staff are rude. They say rude things and then tell you to pull around and park on the side where you cant see what they are doing to your food. I demanded my money back because i do not want to eat pee or spit. The health department should look into this place. Pitiful and gross.

In 2016 went to Taco Bell and they gave my granddaughter who is 6 a burnt tostada it was black. She went up and spoke to the manager and was crying and said you serve me a burnt tostada. And on top of that the food was lousy and I got sick with the dysentery this was in Petaluma California on Washington

I stop here sometimes in the evening on my way to and from work, and the drive-through is very, very slow. Last time I waited 20 minutes, and there were only three cars ahead of me. Frustrating, but got the order right, and the staff apologized for the wait.

At taco bell, my taco was stale and the meat tasted like it was just thrown in the oven for 30 sec. Also, trump was there yelling "We need to build a wall". I say dont go for the food, but bring popcorn and watch Donald Trump yell at the cashiers.

Bad experience with customer service and they closed the door lock before 8:00pm for lobby closed at 10:00pm and never going back there and they need work on communication and customer service

I have nothing negative to say about the food at this Taco Bell but when I stopped by on a Wednesday night at 11:00 PM there were honestly 10-cars waiting in the drive through line.

Pretty standard Taco Bell setup with a drive thru. Can be busy at times during lunch time(they have a mix of elderly workers). But overall cheap, quick food
