The service at this Sonic is just awful. Weve been there twice, and both times there was no response when we tried to order from a stall. They didnt even acknowledge we were there and say something like "well be right with you". I would think this would be Customer Service Rule #1. So we went inside to order. The "dining room" is tiny, with only a handful of tables, and maybe 2 or 3 booths. 4 or 5 employees on break were taking up one of those tables on both occasions, which is a terrible PR move, IMO. I get it, they get breaks, but when you have drive through lines backed up into the road, all stalls filled and no one getting their food, employees on break should probably not be seen by your soon-to-be ex-customers. Anyway, our first time, we ordered the Chicago dogs, which were delicious. But it took about 30 minutes to get those. We were told it took so long because they had to remake the fries. I dont believe that, because those fries were cold. Today, we ordered the same thing. These dogs, while tasty, were not as good as before. The condiments were overdone and extremely messy, with mustard all over the bags. And, I know this might be a small thing for some, but there were no poppy seeds on the buns. The fries were the same as before (not very good), so maybe thats just the way they do things. I dont know how they do things in other locations, but the first time we were there, we saw semi trailers in the lot opposite, and it looked like they were moving supplies from those, via carts, to the restaurant. Today, we saw them drive supplies from the lot in the bed of a pickup truck. So odd. The whole place feels so unprofessional. Im really hoping they get it together soon.

First off, we were charged regular price for our $1.99 Wacky Packs after I mentioned the deal and showed it on My Sonic App. We didnt even realize the error until our food came 30 minutes later along with the our receipt, as the cashier just rings up the order and doesnt provide a receipt, nor does it show on their register. When it finally did come, the carhop said that our order somehow disappeared from their order screen and they had to add it back on. He said we could have a dessert on them, which we were planning on anyway. After he left, I looked at the receipt and noticed the incorrect charge and also that the toy wasnt included in both of my childrens meals. When I went to the register and mentioned both issues to the same cashier before ordering my complimentary desserts, he said that the meal came with a kids cone and not a toy. I then showed him the receipt with the incorrect charge and the toy that was listed as part of the kids meal. He said he would correct the bill after the lunch rush was over in an hour. By that time it was 1pm and there wasnt any rush... felt he was simply putting it off or had no intention of correcting it. I went back to the table and saw another carhop and mentioned about the toy and they said they had ran out. I checked my statement online a couple hours later and it was not surprising that the credit hadnt posted. I called the store and mentioned this and they said it would be corrected and show on my account in 3-4 days. All in all it the staff seem not to be on the same page and arent aware of current promotions or deals going on. I have been to this store 4-5 times since they opened in Sept (2015) and this always seams to be the case.

My son and I went here after he raved about Sonic after trying one in Oregon. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, it took at least another 20 minutes to get our food. The dining room was freezing. I ordered two cheeseburgers but received hamburgers instead. I sent them back and asked for cheeseburgers. After waiting another ten minutes, during which time a server came back to confirm that I wanted cheese, I once again was served hamburgers!?! Seriously?!? It took another five minutes to get cheeseburgers, which ended up being cold. To top that off, the onions and raw cheese overpowered the cold burger and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) for the rest of the night. My son said the same thing about his burger, and was extremely disappointed based on his previous experience. But wait, theres more . . . I ordered a diet coke, and it turned out they were out of it. However, they didnt tell me that until they brought out our food. After informing me, the server just walked away, with no offer to get something else. The table next to us had a similar experience, but they automatically substituted a different drink without even asking them. Again, the server was matter-of-fact about it and just walked away. I also overheard that table saying that their order was wrong, too. I typically give places a second chance, but in this case, no way.

The aweful service eas already irritating within moments of arriving. I pulled my car into the right drive through lane and the woman said "Ill be right with you" over the intercom; she then proceeded to take care of the next three customers in the left that had all arrived after me. After about 10 minutes a man come over the intercom to take my order. My order was simple, an All American hot dog meal with tater tots and a lemonade to drink. The next 30 minutes as I waited in line the entire parking lot, along with the actual seating inside the restaurant, was a chaotic mess. Waitresses were running around everywhere. People were driving in the wrong spots. Needless to say the hectic waiting for my food was not worth it. I pulled off to an empty parking lot to make sure my order was made correctly and if course I was disappointed. The tater tots were cold, the hot dog had so much relish that it had soaked through the entire bun, amd the lemonade was nearly just a cup of ice. While Sonic as a franchise is good, Im never going to this location again.

Curious if the 15 min people typically spend here is considered the time spent waiting for their food after they order. Pulled into the drive up around 8:05am on a Thursday and no other customers were waiting. It took about a min before someone acknowledged me to take my order. Not a problem. Placed my order which came to almost $25. Again, no problem since this was for 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Pulled up to the window expecting someone to be there to collect my payment. Not an employee in sight. So I waited. A customer pulled up behind me. We both waited. After about 5 - 6 min the other customer left (Im sure to go to McDonalds down the street for his coffee). Figuring they were shorthanded I would wait a little longer, even honked my horn. However, after 10 min without anyone coming to the window to explain the wait or to give me my coffee, I figured they didnt need my money either and I left. As I was driving around the building, someone else was placing their order. Hope they got to eat.

The food is ok. They usually forget condiments you asked for. I have no idea how this place gets a 5 star rating unless its being reviewed by friends. The music they play in the covered areas is as loud as it can be. I made mention of it to an employee who said she just got used to it. This was while I was attempting to order under the musically inflicted pain. That would be a customer service fail. Someone is seriously lacking training. Most are seriously lacking in customer service. What a crappy thing to do to your customers. Sonics apparent attitude: Lets play the music as loud as possible to drive away customers. It did in this case.
