Ive been to this location four times in the past 6 months. The first time, service was slow even though there were only about 20 guests eating in and they wouldnt mix a seasoning + sauce for my dinner mate to toss his wings(not hard to wash a bowl afterwards guys). The second time my team chose to go here and i figured the first trip was just a bad day. We ordered off the "fast lunch" menu since our time was limited and again, service was very slow. 40 minutes to get deep fried wings is pretty sad. The third time was actually decent. Food came out in a reasonable time and the server was friendly but not that fake "Krabby O Mondays" type we normally get. This most recent trip, which visiting co-workers decided upon, was probably the worst. I understand its busy, and Im expecting slow service at this point, but the staff shouldnt complain about how busy it is to the customers. We had 2 servers complaining about a call-out and how theyre exhausted. I see its busy and am pretty understanding about slow service when the place is packed. But dont express your frustrations to customers, keep that in the kitchen area. The other locations staff seem much more capable of handling the large amount of business so Ill happily go to those, but I cant recommend this location in Silverdale.

the first time I went there was for lunch good food great waitress. Went the next week with my family for dinner horrible food couldnt even finish bad waitress did not ever get napkins or refills on out drinks ask for ranch 4 times and then was charged 60 cents per ranch. The place was so loud we had to scream across the table and still couldnt hear. Prices are very high the 3 of us had pulled pork sandwich and a lemonade and it was over 60.00 Thought to myself maybe its better at lunch since the first time I went for lunch it was good. So yesterday we went for lunch again took waitress 40 minutes to take our food order I got onion rings and chicken tenders they came cold and burnt and had to ask 2 different waitress for the check it took over an hour for our waitress to bring us our check. He never came by the table to see if we needed anything.. Sorry guys I will not come back again you had 3 tries.

The staff is almost overly friendly. Whether thats a good thing or not depends on your personality. The food is just okay. The sauces are great but the chicken is pretty dry. The fries are string-cut which is rare around here. If you like good hot sauces and can get around slightly sub-par chicken their wing and fry baskets are good. They provide tablets that run a selection of Android games for kids to play on which makes it a nice place to take the family. This place is so loud you can barely talk across a table. If you can handle the excessive noise its a great place for a casual family night out. Its a great place to drink beer and watch sports. Not so much a good date place because of the noise and general atmosphere.

Manager and waiter looked confused as we walked in. Got a booth and sat around for 10 or so minutes before the manager asked us if we had been helped. Replied "NOPE!" Not enough staff at 12:30 to handle the small amount of people on hand. 1 waitress, 4 tables to service and growing. Third time here at three different times of day and have only had one good experience and that was sitting at the bar for a "fast break lunch" Edit: wifes food arrived before mine. Still waiting on the wings too. Been 10 minutes now. They topped the timer before it was past 15 so they didnt have to give us free food

The service was hella slow, I am pretty sure I almost died of old age before I was asked if i needed anything ,not to mention I was standing at the front counter. I had 3 people look and ignore me that worked there. BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!!!! Then I proceed to open my food and it looked like somone was making a Picasso painting with burger parts and a total of 12 fries. (Picture listed is after I put together my disassemble burger) I guess you get what you pay for .. In this case they should have paid me .

Food was good, service was lacking. We were seated quickly and our waitress did in fact get our order in a timely manner. Iced tea was delivered but no sweetener, asked was never delivered, finally went and found it on my own after 30 min. Ordered a cocktail didnt arrive until after the food(30 + min.) Staff is great but organizational management of this place sucks!! Horrible service like this usually calls for a discount, no not here full price even when they fail. Last time we eat at Buffalo Wild Wings!!!

The staff was great, and the food was ok. However, I suspect the staff is forced to do what Im rating this 3 stars for- they have to talk to you for an hour about the menu, and keep interrupting you, giving you little chance to check out the menu. The staff were very nice and polite, but the experience was really annoying. And kinda salty. If it wasnt for the good people working there- who I dont know, btw, this would be 2 stars. Hope they get better jobs soon

The location is set in the rear of the food court in the Kitsap Mall, and while the place is a little small, its definitely worth the visit. Wing Tuesday and Boneless Thursday (where wings are $.70 per wing, minimum 4) are my favorite days of the week there. The sauces never really get old; I mean, its a sports bar. Personally, I usually only eat at BWW for wings and a refreshing drink, be it alcoholic or not. But, its a nice place to hang out for a while.

Ive been a regular at BDubs for a while and from the second I walked in till the moment I left, the service was impeccable! I customized a burger with the help of our waiter Crystalynn and the ingredients were so fresh, it was the best burger Ive ever had! They treated me, my wife, our two little girls and even our dog Murphy like we were family. I dont typically leave reviews but this was the exception. Thank you BDubs for your amazing food and service!

Wow, manager lacking customer service! Bit into a raw wing - manager did not come by our table and sent a message through our server that its normal for blood vessel to pop out. How gross does THAT sound HA! Anyways, he did not hide himself shaking his head No to the waiter when we asked for his presence.. Wow, ok. Never again. Get it together manager, way to lead your team.

Friendly staff fantastic fried pickles. Bonless thur is our favorite time. Love the many choices of flavors and their willness to allow is to try multible flavors before ordering. This is a great way for kids to experience new flavors with out the waste of ordering something thier mind wanted--- but not their mouth!!!! Thank you to the understanding staff

Server was nice and prompt. However, wings were bad. I got 9 wings, 2 carrot sticks and 2 celery sticks for $13.50 plus tax. The wings were mushy and soggy. My husband and I both got sick. We are on day 2 of a nasty stomach illness. Thank god we didnt feed any to our 2 year old.
