I have eaten here several times. It is a new restaurant and has much to offer someone with a big appetite. The food is above average for a buffet. The wait staff were pleasant and helpful. I have one major complaint. On my last two visits the owner/manager was at the cash register and he talked on his cell phone the whole time. The first time Id left a cash tip at the table and paid with a $10 bill. I asked for my change back since I had already tipped and he would not give it to me or hang up the phone to see what I wanted. I called back later and asked to speak to him, but he was too busy. So I told the young lady what had happened and said I might not come back due to the disrespectful service. But I decided to give it another try and went back the other day, Same thing, the owner taked on his phone the entire time. I did not leave a cash tip and I paid with a debit card so he could not take my change. I remained at the counter after I paid and indicated I wanted to say something. Without hanging up the phone, he paused and asked me what I wanted. I told him that he was very rude for talking on the phone while he had a customer, and he basically just shrugged and went back to talking on the phone. That was probably my last visit.

Over this holiday season, me and my family ate here weekly. $30 for all four of us? I was happy to treat us all at $6.65/person for lunch!! That sucks for you if youre picky about food quality, its a frickin buffet! Too bad for you and your family if you cant deal with Asian look of ugly wall colors and horrible painting tastes. Its all about feeling comfortable for me, and we would take a booth for two hours at a time with no rush from the staff each time we went. Granted, we did have the time to spend, but I hate being rushed at an all you can eat. When I live in 30 minutes south in Tacoma and my sister lives 20 minutes north in Bremerton, it was such a pleasure to spend time with mom and dad at this gracious host of a place. Its warm inside especially when its frigid cold outside, their restrooms are clean for small business standards, they constantly clean up. Drinks are extra, we just get waters. Theyre opening up a new free-standing building at Salmonberry & Bethel spring next year!

Food is OK and the mongolian grill is above average, but I consider the management rude and disrespectful. And be careful what you select from the buffet items. Many dinner items are not marked as such and are extra - and they will let you know if you select one by mistake . Also, as a senior customer, you may or may not get their courtesy $1.00 off when you request it. All in all, their diplomacy leaves a lot to be desired. I have been a customer for many years, but no more and I will go elsewhere to spend my restaurant dollar. I will not accept being treated rudely because they cant manage their restaurant professionally by marking their dinner items correctly with friendly and courteous service!!

It was fine, typical mediocre Chinese buffet UNTIL the waitress brought the check out while we were on our 1st serving. Not even 10 minutes later she comes back and says "you pay? You pay!" My BIL told her yea later. She kept coming back waiting for payment mind you one of my sisters asked for a refill and didnt get it for a while. When we were just about done, my other sister went over the check to make sure it was correct and the waitress had the nerve to say "you tip? You tip!" and my other sister said " thats separate" cause my brother was tipping in cash. When she came back, my 2 younger sisters refused to let her get anything after her attitude.

Wife is Chinese. Been eating Chinese food a lot for over 40 years. Eaten extensively in Hong Kong, Singapore. As far as western WA is concerned, this is the best Chinese Buffet Ive experienced. Been eating here for years. When each dish has a unique taste and every dish doesnt taste the same, you know youve got a winner. Price is reasonable. To get a better buffet I go to a couple of favorites in San Francisco. This buffet is definitely worth a try. My brother-in-law from Hong Kong is picky about the quality of his food and he gave this place a thumbs up when I took him there. If you dislike the food here, stick with pizza!

Their new locations is just awesome! They now added the so-called Mongolian Grill style cook, get your vegetables with meat, give your plate to the chef, add your requested sauces, then enjoy! Also love the buffet food too, much chicken selections to choose from. Servers are all nice and really helpful everytime I come here, usually 2-3 times a month with family & friends. I recommend this restaurant!

Went with my wife once after they opened... The staff was short, the food trays were mostly empty and to top it off my wife found what appeared to be a pubic hair in her food. When we confronted the manager about it he tried telling us that it couldnt belong to his cooks then offered to take our drinks off our bill. We have not been back since. Would prefer dog food to eating there for free. Run away!

Its a Chinese buffet in Port Orchard. Lots of "American" style Chinese food, not a lot of "real" Chinese food. This doesnt mean the food is terrible, but lots of fried foods. Its hot, filling, and mostly fresh. This family has been running this restaurant for years and years and this is their second building. Very kid friendly, with lots of kid friendly foods. There is something for everyone here.

I love the food here! Even though I eat the same exact things every time we go, I always see a variety of foods and a happy fiancée :) We have been going there for years, since it was at it old locations and the staff has always been very pleasant. I have never had them try and rush me out, Ive never even gotten my check before I put my last plate to the side and had my ice cream. :P

This place is very rude! I observed that 30 minutes after you seat they give your bill to you and they keep bugging you for it or they keep checking if you put the payment already. They will even ask you if your done eating and leaving already. They are so rude it feels like they want to kick you out after 30 minutes :-( some food are not fresh either!

Great food, friendly staff, AND their sweet and sour sauce is nice and thick like it should be. Chicken for S&S Chicken is very well made, cooked thoroughly, nice and crispy breast meat. Only complaint - they love onions too much. Tartar sauce is way too onionated for a non-onion eater like me. But if you like the onion taste, here is the right place.

Typical Chinese buffet. Cant say much any different than the average joint youd find anywhere. Its not bad. Maybe if theyd offer more selection and flavor for their salad dressing selections. They have sushi, but dont expect the sushi to be like a sushi restaurant. I just have this blah feeling when it comes to any buffet. Food made for the masses...
