I ordered pizza last night around 8pm on feb 5th 2017, young caucasian manager, short with tied up red hair who claimed the store was hers was very rude. I got my pizza and the night was snowing heavily and the roads were thick of snow and very slippery and my car would not start. I was in front of the airforce business next to little caesars but she came out to complain that i was in the way of her business which i was not. Before she could even complain i already had a towing company on its way which i explained to her but she did not care and continued to tell me how i was in the way of her issues. She was rude and had no empathy for the siutation i was in. I will not come back to a restaurant that doesnt care for their customers. And for starters i wasnt in the way. Customers after me were easily coming in and out without issues and given this is the only loccation in spanaway i doubt i made any impact in the businesses flow of business. Uncalled for disrespect by that manager.

Awful, drive down to the one closer to 512! Tried to give this place a chance, but every visit is worse than the last. Does NOT accept any coupons, does NOT do thin crust, and you have to wait to get the hot n ready which is actually lukewarm and soggy. Ordered crazy bread for $3.25 and asked for extra sauce on them (you know the oil topping), got charged $1.75. Might as well buy another order and squeeze the sauce out of the sticks. Waited for about 10 min to get my crazy bread and hot n ready pizza. Watched the cashier take out a bag of crazy bread from the heating box, take it to the back, and bring it out with my pizza. Then she proceeded to lie to me saying it is fresh baked. ***Seriously drive down pacific ave to the one near 512. They take coupons, do thin crust, give free extra oil on crazy bread, and as far as I am concerned they do not lie to their customers.

If you want a mediocre pizza and wannabe bread sticks this place will have them ready when you walk in, sometimes.... Unfortunately the people you see here ordering pizza make the people of Walmart look like beautiful supermodels. I feel like taking a scalding hot shower of burning acid to attempt feeling clean after Im done standing there amongst the cesspool of creatures who are evidently humans. They should have a guy standing inside to take the customers to be institutionalized as they walk through the entrance.

Waited 15 minutes for stuffed crazy bread. By the time I got my order, was so anxious to get out of the small, crowded waiting area that I didnt check it. Found out after leaving, I got plain breadsticks. Called, asked to talk to a manager, waited several minutes, only to be told the manager is busy. Customer Service is horrible.

The hot and ready is never ready there is always a wait for something that is advertised as always available. Service was good though
