Well, the food was amazing... But the server got our pizza order wrong, and didnt offer to make a new one, seating took pretty long time ~30min(docked a star), but we came at 630pm on a Friday night and it a small place so its pretty packed, which makes sense the food is really good. Everyone is really nice! But the service is soooo slowwww (docked another star). Like every step! The absolute worst parts are waiting for A) to get a soda refill, B) get your check once youve finished eating. Which is fine I guess if thats what you want. But it is so slow compared to any other restaurant.

Small neighbor pizza place. If you come at 6:30 youll have to wait for a table so quickly get your name on the waiting list. Dont even try to come with a party with more than 6 people, this place is small and the dinning room has a weird configuration so theres not a lot of room to slide tables around. The pizza is decent here, the red sauce on the pizza is what makes the pizza.

I think is a little place you have to wait long for the food and the same for obteber a place where its a big family. The service is very nice and friendly and give the finishing touch to my review ... Worth the wait time, the food is delicious and the portions are reasonable can tell friends recommend the place 100% in spite of the lateness

Pizza came out raw, we sent it back to be placed into the oven. ..and it still came back raw in the middle. ..the owner/manager was there and didnt even offer an apology. The table next to us got their pizza sent to another table,the staff would have not figured it out if it wasnt for the customers pointing its out. Today it wasnt even that busy, unforgivable.

I had dinner at Paradise Pizza and Pasta for the first time last night and was blown away by the quality of the food!!! I ordered a the Fusilli Chicken pasta meal and my taste buds danced with joy... The atmosphere is very warm and friendly with an A+++++ in customer service... Paradise Pizza and Pasta will become a regular stop on my way home from work!!!

Came here for a graduation celebration. The waitress was very kind. The food was very good. I dont remember exactly which ones I liked best, but they were all presented well! Its not too big of a restaurant, but its quite something. I believe my group stayed over the closing time, but there was no rush whatsoever.

Great food in a great little place with great service. We had a fantastic (and beautiful) pizza with red onions and yellow squash in this neighborhood, corner restaurant, served by a friendly waiter, watched over by a really good, active, friendly manager. It was lovely! Weve been here before and will return again.

Lovely ambiance. We got garlic bread, the spinach salad, a regular pasta with zucchini (forget the name), and one with the anchovies. Every single dish was absolutely perfect. We didnt get any pizza but all of those looked amazing too. Also pretty great service. Loved it!

Horrible pizza and very small for the price. Went here because my favorite..The Pizza Place was closed. Too much cheese like most pizza in S.F.. A good pizza has a balance of cheese and sauce. Never again. Probably could have done better at some chain like Dominos!

Fresh homemade beef raviolis, Italian fries, calamari, bruschetta with sauteed mushroom and blue cheese, followed by homemade cheesecake and coffee...I just made myself, gotta go!! In case your not picking what Im putting down, I recommend you check paradise out

A friend of mine invited me at Paradise Pizza & Pasta. He actually saw them from the street and decided to give them a try based on the number of people in the restaurant. The pizza taste was ok but nothing special. Customer service was not that good altogether.

The pizza is good... We ordered to pasta dishes and both were extremely salty. I think the chef used a cup of salt in each dish. Will not be going back considering there are plenty of good pasta places up the street.
