I just wanted to share the experience I received from the delivery driver and person inside of the store. I called to make sure the correct delivery time estimate, because the app I used to order was not telling me the correct time, at which point the man sounded annoyed and unhappy to be answering another question for a customer, and then when the driver arrived with my food, the only two things he said to me, in an extremely annoyed tone of voice was , "Foods here." He had to call me once and leave a message because I dont get the best reception in my home, but I got the second call right away, and he said he same exact thing. No thank you, no have a good night, nothing. I apologized about the missed phone call and explained my situation, but he just seemed so annoyed. I understand that it is late at night and you may be tired, or you are annoyed with your customers on a weekend night, but you are in customer service in the food industry. You should at least say , "Thank you" to the people who pay your paycheck. I will not be ordering again from this establishment, and unfortunately, you could have had the opportunity to gain a new customer.

I stopped by while riding my bike to Golden Gardens. Initially I was headed for Petit Pierres Cafe, a couple doors down (highly recommended), but saw the sign for pizza by the slice and couldnt resist. It was a Thursday afternoon, the place was pretty quiet, the only slice options were cheese and combo. The combo had a LOT of olives, so I went with the cheese, and it was good for cheese pizza. I imagine their other pizza would be quite tasty- on par with Big Marios in Cap Hill. The $3 slices were huge. In hind sight I should have only ordered one to leave room for the croissant from Petit Pierre s. Im not looking forward to hopping back on my bicycle.

Had a couple of decent pizzas from there, but the last one we got had wrong toppings on it, and was missing the free item that we used a coupon code for. We called them to at least let them know about the error, and the lady was snotty and confrontational, asking "what do you want me to do about it?" We werent looking for a handout or anything, but acknowledgement of the error would have been nice. Nope. Id hoped they would have at least make a token effort to demonstrate appreciation for their customers who are spending over $30 to get one pizza, after delivery fee and tip.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!! Did not deliver our food. We waited 3 hours, very excited. Worst experience at a restaurant Ive ever had. We called multiple times to see if there was an issue that we could help with and they were not even considerate enough to answer our phone call. These people need some real training in customer service and just plain friendliness/honesty. All I have to say is thank god we didnt pay ahead of time! ............ I thought this before. But they came. Not bad food, definitely satisfied.

As close to what pizza in Italy is really like right here in Seattle, WA! My favorites have to be the Atomic and the Geriatrician that are always on the menu although I have had some amazing specials that phase in and out. I am not a fan of their Ricotta Satellite but the pizza is amazing! They do a dessert pizza with Nutshell thatch really good if its not sold out and serve Bi-Rite ice cream.

Pizza was terrible and WAY WAY over priced. We ordered carry out. Limited options for drinks to go.. 2 dollars for a glass bottle or 1 dollar for a can.. no 2 liters. I would have rated just one star but we did enjoy the garlic bread which is just french bread with butter and garlic on top (pizza sauce for dipping). That was too way over priced for what it is.

The pie was delicious! Its the crust that got me. They know what theyre doing with their dough. You can taste the difference. My favorite pizza is 15” pepperoni and sausage and homemade tiramisu (I am not a Tiramisu fan but this one is real good. looks like real homemade never frozen) I would definitely recommend this place!

A fantastic find! Great food, great service!!!!!!! I wish I had a crispy pizza roll up in my mouth right now. Margarita pizza and mafia pizza, amazing. Chicken gyro = awesome. Pretty much I cant find anything about this place that I didnt like. Also I found out they deliver to my house, I am super excited!!!!!

Drove out of our way to try out their Taco Pizza we saw, but it ended up being less-than-great. Their other pizzas looked really good though, and I forgot the coupon on their site and they were nice enough to give me the discount anyway. Nice people and service, hope to try them again some time.

I like the option of very late delivery if Im not up to cooking and have had a long night. Sopranos has been an excellent option to have. I have tried many of their dishes and have never been disappointed. Delivery is quick, hot dishes hot, cold dishes cold, always great customer service !

feel like i just got robbed, this used to be prontos pizza and was told the pizza would stay the same but they LIED. dominos must be one of sopranos partners cause its almost the same. i will never buy from these guys again.

This is the best place to order pizza from late at night in the Magnolia/Ballard area. They deliver to like 2 am! and the pizzas are pretty darn good! Im a Pagliacci girl normally but Pronto is my second favorite.

I can only speak for the vegetarian pizzas ive ordered from here, but ive always been pleased. last time i ordered a pizza with chipotle pesto sauce and artichoke hearts. simply delicious.
