Horrible customer service. Ordered a drink, specified not to use orange juice, got charged for my drink, tried it and it was wrong. I told the Barista that I didnt want it made with Orange Juice, any person with customer service would have said, that is all we have and I would have politely declined. Not them, she charged me for it, I asked for my money back since I receive no drink and the Barista refused. Called the manager, she refused. I emailed the CFO 3 weeks ago, no response. This is not about the money, its about customer service, how can you charge me for a drink I didnt ask for and refuse to refund my money when you told me you didnt have what I asked for. I am now out money for my drink, no refund and refuse to stop at Forza again. There is coffee places on every corner, I will support a local company that encourages customer service!

This little Coffee Shop is a gem!!! Their coffee is amazing and the employees know everything about it and can help you with your selection easily and will grind it to perfection for your need. The food is very eclectic and something special you cant find anywhere else in this area. It is made fresh for the customer and I have tried many items and have never been disappointed. Best of all, the employees are ALWAYS great and friendly and knowledgeable!! Id give this little coffee shop with a very European flair 10 stars if I could, I highly recommend this place and I do work in the food business and dont give good reviews lightly!

This is not a review but a short prayer for the shop involved in the police murders just a few days ago. My heart goes out to the baristas and owner of this shop after the horrific event on Saturday. There is no doubt that you will be running into ever better and prosperous days. Thank goodness the mad man was killed. Please try to have a happy holiday.

The coffee is always awesome. The food is expensive, but pretty darn good. And the shop is nice to hang out in, its quiet with good wifi, perfect for studying. The one con: they do what most employers do, and keep most of their staff just below part time. Which is lame, but standard.

This is a great spot made even more important by the cold blooded murder of four fine police officers. I stopped here often for the great coffee, pastries, and conversation. Im hopeful the shop will reopen and remain a spot for the community to honor the loss of the officers.

The coffee was great and I really enjoyed the Rainier breakfast sandwich. You order at the counter (or drive-thru), but there is plenty of seating and they will deliver your order to the table. I thought the food prices were reasonable considering the quality.

Today this coffee shop is quiet, they have wifi and good coffee. 4 stars due to that when walking in, I asked a staff what the combination was to the toilet before I ordered my coffee. She responded impolitly. Other than that, this is a good place for coffee.

Nice location, they serve strong, regular coffee as well as speciality coffees. (Too strong for my tastes) They are willing to add additional flavorings upon request. They dont have much of a selections when it comes to sandwiches or pastries.

On November 29, 2009, four police officers from the Lakewood Police Dept.were murder there. The place is contaminated with memories of violence and death. It is impossible to enjoy your coffee there. I am heart broken...
