Ive been to this place many times for past few years and I usually didnt have problem with staff. But today I was super mad with one girl worked during 8-9pm. Me and my bf went down to Federal Way for coffee and dessert. We saw people inside but wasnt busy like you cant handle. My bf went in line to order green tea shaved ice and I was sitting at the table waiting. Soon I notice something was going on between my bf and the girl (staff), and saw her gestures which were very rude. I could tell from far away that she definitely was giving inappropriate attitude. Boyfriend came back to the table and explained that the girl said "she cant serve shaved ice because they dont have "plates". She emphasized several times for the word "plates" (which I could see from the table). And she told to him if you want to order youll have to wait but cant tell how long. To owner/manager, Please train this staff not to give attitude for any reason. We were there maybe 10 minutes or so today (7/22) around 8PM. She couldve nicely explained that because many people ordered shaved ice they ran out of plates to serve. Its weekend and bit hot weather so Id understand the situation without she telling us about "plates". But she was very rude and inappropriate to give her attitude like that. In future, I might have to think twice coming back to this place. And FYI, Federal Way is pretty small city so really have to consider training staff before words spread out.

The cafe is in a dense cluster of korean restaurants so it feels like its in the middle of a mini-koreantown. I feel like the real draw of the cafe is that it attracts a younger, predominantly korean/asian crowd which gives it a nice vibe. Im not a coffee connoisseur so I couldnt tell you how good their coffee is compared to Starbucks I mostly come for the nice atmosphere to chat with friends or do homework. The cafe has a mom & pop feel. Non-asians come too of course so you arent asian youre not going to feel out of place but its definitely a unofficial korean coffee shop.

Awful! Went there 30 minutes before close just to get shaved ice to go. When they saw us pull up they turned off the lights and locked the door! How rude. If youre not going to stay open for the time you say you are then change your hours! Never going there again! Dont waste your time!

Need a good spot to meet some people while having a decent cup of coffee and some great desserts? Noir is your spot. They have the snow shaved ice which is perfect for a summer day. If you have a larger group, they have a private room in the back that you can use.

Awesome place to get together with friends, or do homework. Ive been coming here for about 4 years, back when it was still called Teamore. I havent met the owners yet but nonetheless, a great place that is open late for people that stay out late!

Great warm ambience - perfect place to meet your friends and/or do homework!! The food is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but the shaved ice is something you cant find easily elsewhere and is well-portioned in comparison to its price. :-)

Good atmosphere and nice variety of items to try from their menu. On the weekends and late at night, it can get pretty busy and seating can be scarce. Beverages and food were delicious!
