Ever since Ive come back home in 2009 from abroad, this place has not once EVER given me less than a 5 star treatment. From the moment I order, I know that I can expect great service, hot food, and a friendly conversation with more than just a few employees. I commend them for their overall quality as a former employee for a competitor(In N Out Burgers). Whatever they are doing here, I hope they spread this throughout the other locations. These guys and the one off of Canyon Road in Summit, should be commended and modeled after for those hoping to realize better service for their consumers. Great job guys.

Went there 2-21-16. At about ten pm. We ordered a number 6 and a number 8 with 4 tacos. The fries were cold so I asked if I could get some fresher fries. The young gal gave me fresh fries but not without a scowl. Got home, bacon swiss buttery jack burger was so dry and cold. It had like a thick dark skin and was dark like that almost thought. Im seriously concerned Im going to be sick from taking a bite off that. Didnt even eat there other food. No way Im going to trust food from anyone who thought it was ok to serve that! It was not suitable for human consumption. Ill be back on here if I get sick for sure!

UPDATE 09/07/16.... Well I use to like this place but it seems it has gone down in cleanliness and food. First I will say the bathrooms are straight up nasty. The floors in this place are like walking on oil coated cement. Tables are not kept clean. I ordered a few breakfast jacks and two of them had egg shells in them (photo taken). Clean up your restaurant and try using some soap on the floors. Cleanest one we have been in. Customer service was excellent. Also has two large parking spaces for bobtail or pickup with a small trailer.

They used to be fast and friendly. Lately their food is gross, burnt, and cold. Order is always wrong somehow. I usedcto wait maybe 3 minutes for food, not long enoughvto count and they were always so apologetic but didnt need to be. Now they just suck. Lady was up front on the headset using the F word every other word and a lady was there with her kids but luckily i dont think she heard. All their good staff left. The guy on friers was good but oil needs changed.

The 2 of us were the only customers in the dining room...we actually found 1 clean table to sit at. The food was good but every weekend we stop in the dining room is filthy like it hasnt been clean since the day before...we come at diferent times in the morning and its never clean...maybe the owner needs to log on and look through those expensive cameras he put in there and see..

I used to really like this location, but it has gone downhill fast in the last 6 months or so. There seems to be a really high turnover rate on staff as every time I go it is all new people working there. They are always rude and get my order wrong. The food isnt as good as it used to be either. Chicken is really hard and dry, fries are old and stale.

You know the problem with eating at a fast food joint ...when the cashier shorts you 10$ but you cant find the place because there are 10 more joints of the same name within 5 miles of one another and by the the you found it, "theres nothing we can do". Ill find a McDonalds or a Burgerking nextime.

Went to the one in Pacific Washington tonight on 12/13/16 and the manger there was so nice and friendly. One of the cleanest Jacks Ive been to in a long time. The Cook was so awesome too, made me fresh fries, yummy! Thank you for the great service! You all are great!

When you folks see Boeing badges on people standing in line or waiting for food, please understand that we only have 30 minutes for lunch... 10 of which was spent getting off site and to your store. The quickest way to lose our business forever is to make us late.

Last 3 times I order classic buttery jack they gave me mushroom Swiss. Third time I have to leave a review. I specifically told them at counter that it had happened twice before and they let it happen a third time. Disgusted at lack of situational awareness.
