I have been to other I hops and had good service. I have been at this I hop several times and had poor service. As I was waiting to pay my bill people were complaining about the service and getting the bill. I went outside and a customer I me if I had bad service. I told him I did and we both sad we would not come back at this I hop. I dont how you manage but it has to be wrong. If your short on service people then call some in to cover the load. The people are going to tell others about this I hop and not to go to it. I think you lose about six or more customers that will not return and will past the word about this I hop.

Disgusting. Do not eat here. The hash browns tasted like dirty dish water. The Swiss cheese is fake. The coffee cup smelled horrible and the coffee was sub par. The table had a sticky film, presumably from the dirty rag they washed it with. Could not eat my food. The smell was so bad that it was not enjoyable at all. I will not be back.

Favorite place to take my grandkids. Between 4pm-8pm one of them gets a free meal for each adult entree. My granddaughters love Ricardo. He always takes the time to engage them in conversation including sharing information about his family

What stands out for me is the people who work there the waitress is friendly & her customer service is the best she is the 1 who works nights. The chefs never disappoint me the food is always great try there onion rings they are awesome
