Can you give zero stars...? oh well.. one will do. Im writing this review cause my recent experience was "the icing on the cake." Note i dont write reviews much but this place deserves one. This is not the first occasion were something was left out of order, cold fries,or order served incorrectly, or kids working there have the wrong attitude to be working in service. Tired after work decided to go to BK cause i wanted quick and easy solution for dinner.. should have just cooked!!!. arrived at 8:45, was able to place my order at 8:55. Little bit of a line up in the drive thru. ordered my meal. My wifes order is a little more specific. got to the window and paid. guy hands me first beverage... i hand it back and said " this was no ice please". I get it back no ice cause he poured the ice out and handed me a 3/4 full soda. The meal arrives. I inspect the bag and see my wifes order is wrong, I roll my window back down and hand back the chicken tendercrisp back and said " this was supposed to be plain add cheese and bacon". he took the burger back,and I waited another 3 min. He hands me a separate bag with the fixed burger in it. I restate the order to confirm that was what was in the bag. the guy repeated it back and said yes thats the order. I proceed to drive to the parking lot and I park. I look at this fixed burger and turns out its plain no cheese or bacon. OMFG. Now I walk in the BK defeating the purpose of a drive thru. I see the same guy and ask for the cheese and bacon. I watched them fix the burger... Finally its correct. I walk back to my car and I get in, then I notice they had never handed me my beverage at all! so i walk back in and ask for the Coke I ordered. the guy gave me a cup and I proceeded to fill it myself, taking note how badly the floor was cared for... candy corn on the floor with various trash strewn about with a sticky floor, I did not want to know what the bathroom looked like. finished filling my coke and put a lid on it. finally on my way home just 2 mins away. I get home and tell my wife the whole experience and she takes a drink of her soda and asked me if I ordered diet. I said no, and I took a sip. sure enough its freaking diet soda and freaking 3/4 full cause he poured the ice out I specified not to be in the soda. My wife and I thought at least the fries are not cold this time like it was a win. then we noticed no ketchup or napkins. North Bend Burger King... Taking horrific service to the next level, just amazing!

Oh boy - where to start....So we stopped through for a "fast" burger and a pit stop. When I came inside, there was a line of 5-6 people - which I figured couldnt take too long.....wrong! While the young guy working appeared to be relatively new (and its never fun to be new), he had to flag down the manager a few times to help with orders. The manager was pretty busy and obviously flustered.... After about 10 minutes, I got up to order. I ordered a couple fish sandwiches and a chicken burger to go. I hit the bathroom - which was out of paper towels. I mistakenly assumed that things had to go up from here. Nope.....10 minutes after ordering, people after me were getting there food. I was told my food was coming. After another 10 minutes, it was pretty obvious they forgot about my order. I flagged the guys down and it was confirmed - burgers were ready, but they forgot! So, after about 35 minutes - we were able to take off from the "fast food" restaurant. They didnt throw in any napkins, but at least they got my order right! Food was standard, as expected, but the whole experience as pretty bad! I wont be coming back to this burger king any time soon....and I suggest you look elsewhere for your "fast" food - this place takes forever!

This BK has to have the absolutely worst service we have ever encountered in any restaurant, and thats saying a lot. You stand at the empty counter for at least five minutes, with no acknowledgment that you are even there. The food is thrown at you, they dont want to bother to bend down to pick up the Happy Meal toy, they give you the wrong change (how hard is it with the computer telling them what to give you?), they grunt at you instead of using sentences, no "please," "thank you," "youre welcome," or "sorry." Just appallingly rude, and so why would you think that they care if their hands are clean, or if they sneeze into your burger? Stay away! There are lots of good restaurants on the same street, so give them your money - they want it, the BK doesnt.

Apparently Marissa at the window thinks her customers cant hear her talking about them through the window. I had other people in the car and they took long to order. She assumed my being on the phone was reason I delayed ordering. But my kids were looking at the menu. I think a window employee should be more patient and understanding and not rude and talk about her customers in front of them. I mean if she has trouble being professional why does she expect customers to have some kind of ediquette in ordering. Then she smugly came out of Burger King after she had is waiting in front for meal with a smug smile because I asked her for her name after she rudely and openly spoke about me at her window to another employee who was shaking his head

Dave Moore is the owner . His store is beyond atrocious...it is down right a health inspection/Health Department Nightmare! My wife is ill with Food Poisoning and my son and daughter were at risk. I witnessed overflowing trash, a cook line with backtalking, non-glove compliant, pie kinda warm, cool burger with pinkish center and floors to make the Seattle Zoo look good, trash, poor service and out of 60% soft drink at the vendor machine. We have linked our health issue to this store.

Everything was okay except one employee seemed angry last night, he was slamming orders on the counter, cleanliness is okay for got my cheese on my order, a fourth of our fries were spilt in the bag. the coffee was obviously fresh so cold. Kids burger had big buns. Not the best burger King must be why its below 3 stars.

This place was very dirty. Staff werent rude, but they were not very welcoming out really showed any care that we were there. Prices have increased it seems over the past year that it now cost me $30 for 4 breakfast combo meals. For that, Im headed a diner and getting a meal over fast food.

I eat there probably once a month. The food has always been fresh. The service has always been great. The dining area has always been clean. I always order a Whopper, no mayonnaise, no ketchup, add mustard with no cheese. Best thing I can grab for 460 calories.
