The food is the usual In-N-Out quality, and they accommodate all of the "secret menu" requests. My biggest complaint about this location, is that the seem to have trained all of the kids that work here in the art of "speed talking, and not listening" when the ask you what you want it sounds like the are talking fast forward, when they repeat my r order, I ask them to repeat it again slower, so I can understand them. If you are going through the drive through and you pull up to a window, they will say, "how are you today, " then continue on with your total or your order, without giving you time to reply. If you are going to ask someone, "how are you today," either give them time to reply or dont bother, otherwise you are just being rude... POOR customer service in my judgement...

Probably one of the most overrated food places of the US West Coast (California) but that doesnt stop In-N-Out from being great regardless. Food is solid and service is especially jovial compared to most other fast food places. The chaos of their kitchen can be pleasing or perturbing to see so avert your eyes, ye faint of heart. With this location and just about any other one, its busy. Busy inside, outside, drive-thru, bathroom. Try the protein style (lettuce wrap replaces the buns) if you want to eat low carb or if you want more crunch in your burger. If youre feeling frisky, ask for a grilled cheese and uh... theyll make one for you.

Of all the In n Outs Ive been to, this one messes up orders all the time. 1 star compared to other In n Outs 5 stars) Whether its no lettuce or even 2 cheese burgers and 1 double-double this location messes up regular orders and special orders are rarely achieved. This probably messes up someone elses order as well. This last time I used one of their we screwed up cards and asked for no ice in my coke. The coke was filled with ice and tastes exactly like chlorine and cola (think Coke made with hotel pool water). This In n Out does not represent the quality/consistency that the brand is famous for.

What can one say, its a burger joint. The burgers are good, the shakes are OK, and the fries are mediocre. They do nothing to enforce the no smoking areas and the ignorant punks who are clueless to common courtesy seem to flock here due to this. But theres nothing like a food establishment with around half of their kid staff riddled with face piercings handling your food. A couple of these wanna be societal rejects had herpes sores puss and all. Nasty, Zero effort for this food place when it comes to proper food handling protocol, cleanliness and dining experience.

True story! When I little about 6 year old so my dad and mom take me and my brother eat in-n-out! I eat for once so so so delicious!!!! I want more later I move Oregon now I here San Jose SO GOOD 100% above! Good job keep going DO NOT GIVE UP! IS IT POPULAR THAN MCDONALD! They put salt little bit not 100% not they very good cook I want spread out Oregon United state! That restaurant is so champion and fast food! I hate so salted! So good job I ask them can I get hat they gave to me! Thank you!

Great fast-food burger chain. Burgers that taste good without being gigantic, too fancy, or super expensive. The fries are fresh and made of real potatoes (unlike other places which use "reconstructed" potatoes). The milk shakes... well, Ill let you try it. :) Check online for "In-N-Out" secret menu for a bunch of "secret" options. This place is always busy and the drive-thru has long lines (which thankfully tend to move faster than the average.)

4.5 stars rounded up, quality fast food at reasonable prices. In-N-Out menus are limited, but what they do have, they do right. Psst... they also have a secret menu. I sometimes get the triple triple for instance. Unfortunately, I am now allergic to their delicious spread because of the tomato content, so .5 star ding for NOT having plain mayonnaise as an option for a cheeseburger! ...for a cheeseburger! Whhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!

On a busy night, here alone with my two year old, I am so impressed with the service. Yes, its an in n out, so your food might take a while. But one of the employees in particular (Paige) has made this such a delightful experience by anticipating and meeting our needs and those around us. At a fast food joint I dont expect any service, and so for her to go above and beyond is just so unexpected and awesome. Go Paige!

What can I say! If you have not gone to an In-N-Out Burger then you definitely have to make that on your bucket list! Highly recommend this burger place, it is what you typically expect from an In-N-Out Burger. The White Tiles and red streamlined trim makes it a pleasant location to enjoy a quick meal. Everything is efficient, so if service and friendly Associates. Highly recommend!

We waited over 20 minutes for our very basic order, along with about 15-20 other people standing around waiting. And the results were sub-par at best. Seriously the most bland burger and fries Ive ever eaten. (The fries had NO salt.) Bottom line, well never go to an In-N-Out again. Ill take Five Guys ANY day over this. At least if you have to wait, the food is worth it there.

Love In-N-Out and judging by the traffic at this location so does everyone else! The place gets just CRAZY busy with lines way out the door and the drive through snaking back through the shopping center parking lot at all meal times. They handle it well the on e or twice Ive had to go around meal time, but despite liking the food I steer clear of this location.

We love going this In & Out because it is centrally located to us. Moreover the energy these young adults have while doing their jobs is amazing. They seem to be always be having fun while giving awesome service. Not to mention its healthier than the other fast foods and fairly clean establishment depending on the rush.

I like the staff here; service is friendly. They keep the line moving. They do have trouble coordinating with the person taking orders. Sometimes no one is taking orders. Ive had mistakes on my order 70% of the time. I live across the street, so its a short drive and they are open late. Very convenient.

This is a great place for food, as, in my opinion, is the best restraunt in CA. They have great service and amazing Thousand Island sauce. And even though you have to wait for you food, by the time you wash your hands, find a table, get Ketchup and salt, your order is ready. So I highly recommend going here!
