You know, I honestly hate to give them such a score like that, but if it werent for the people being nice it would have been no stars at all. I was an employee with starbucks for years, and its a little dissapointing that there is almost absolutely no customer connection being made. I have been coming to this store 5 days a week for almost a year, and have only recently had a conversation with a gentleman in the drive thru after I had been sitting in line for almost 20 minutes. I understand, having to make what you are doing a priority and being busy, but starbucks is known for their coffee and friendly baristas. All that is something I can put aside, but I cannot put aside how long Im sitting in that drive thru, or the wait on the inside, which is just as bad. This store does get a lot of business, which is obvious, but the wait is absolutely excessive. I have on many occasions pulled out and left because it was too much of a wait, and took my business to a different location. Im sure this group of individuals are great, that is based off of assumption because they dont talk, but they could use a bit more speed and friendliness at this store.

The coffee is pretty good. But I think they add too much syrup into them on a regular basis. There tend to run out of their breakfast sandwiches quickly. Aside from that. This is a great place to sit and drink coffee or visit with friends. The people here are very friendly and personable.

There are 9 women working and it has taken more than 10 minutes to get an iced coffee with nothing in it. There were only 2 people in line in front of me. Staff were standing around chatting and literally not doing a thing... Go to Vinnaccio Coffee if you are in Monroe.

Almost everytime I go in they always mess up my drink. The other day I went in and the girl making my drink knew she messed up the order but continued with it and gave it to me without fixing anything. Would not recommend to come here unless its a last resort.

Staff seams to be very friendly, efficient, and quick. My drink was confusing so something went wrong but they fixed it right away and didnt make me feel like an inconvenience.

Consistently slow service; especially for the drive-thru. It seems than a single coffee order can take up to 15 minutes if there is a queue of more than 2 or 3 cars.
