TLDR: The best in an area with no good options, but they obviously know it and dont try very hard. This place is tolerable if you really need to go to a cafe in Sunnyvale, but by any broader standards its pretty lousy. They have almost no pastries and very minimal tea selection (I havent had the coffee). The food is OK, but portions are on the small side for the price. Theres rarely much free seating, though the seats are incredibly uncomfortable anyway, and there are very few power outlets. The one thing it had going for it is a nice, relaxed atmosphere thats otherwise unavailable at a coffee shop in the area.

Strong coffee, tasty snacks, great staff. What more is there to say! Their coffee mugs are generous, although there is a charge for refills, so if you plan to have a long study or work session here be prepared. They actually let me pay for a refill ahead of time on my first purchase so I didnt have multiple charges for the same location. They offer Gelato as well which is very tasty! I cant speak for their blended drinks, but their coffee selection is always varied and plentiful. Overall this place is a fantastic cafe for those looking for a nice small town feel!

The staff was extremely discourteous. My 3yo made an honest mistake and tapped the counter with her foot. As I was explaining to her that its not ok, I turned to the person behind the counter who acted ice cold and mean, silent for a moment then with a quiet "its ok"and no eye contact. I apologized again, although there was really no harm or mess or anything, and told him it makes me sad to see him act so coldly upset. He didnt care, still cold and mean, asking "anything else?". He never even acknowledged. Who wants this kind of service??

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. I like to support small local businesses, and it helps when its a place with good food and good service. The staff here are always nice. Prices are reasonable for the area. Free WiFi. Good atmosphere for working or catching up with a friend. I usually get the hazelnut latte, and its always delicious. If you say its for here, theyll even make it in a real coffee mug for you, which is a nice touch. Ive tried a few food items from the menu, too, and those have also been delicious.

Went for breakfast on the weekend. Unfortunately, the place was packed, so we ended up having to stand around awkwardly with our plates of food, waiting for some kind of seating to free up, trying not to glower at the patrons nursing their lukewarm tea while writing their novel or pitching their startup. Cant really blame the restaurant for this, but it made for a frustrating experience. Breakfast sandwich and bubble tea were very good, but would only go back on a weekday, not a weekend.

Ive been in this place almost every Saturday morning since i got to California. They are going very good job. My favorite things are breakfast crepes and the one with nutella. Also i really like their bagel with lox. it is so good. if anyone ever goes to this place should try it. their prices are not high what makes me come back to them. I tried other crepe places and they are much more expansive. Plus free wifi, what makes staying enjoyable :D

great place to hang out with friends. the owner, Ken and his staff are very friendly. People come in and out, or just sit to enjoy the coffee and pastries. They have outdoor seating too which is nice specially during the summer when the Farmers Market is there. we always meet people there that we know. they also have couch and coffee table, and some magazines, if you are alone and want to read something with your coffee

Very low-key and relaxed! I like that its somewhat dimly lit and not a fluorescent nightmare like other coffeeshops. The staff is the best, always happy to adjust the sweetness of the drinks for me. Service is quick! Theres a fancier place down the street, but this one makes better tasting drinks, and theres always a good amount of seating.

Awesome, as always! Weve been coming here for years, and the food and coffee are as good -- if not better -- than the first time. Breakfast crêpes, lox on bagel, and omelettes are our favorites, tho the menu is much more expansive. We just found they also have boba drinks. We love this place.

Very good coffee, snacks, and the pastries are to die for. Lots of healthy options as the owners are fitness oriented. Solid b-fast and lunch options as well. Great study, work environment. 90% / 10% respectively. Good opportunities for short meaningful conversations w/ interesting people.

Cute little coffee shop with good service. I had gotten a cold drink that tasted a lot like melted coffee ice cream......YUM! They also serve ice cream. There is plenty of seating in the dining area. Its a great place to wait for a table at Dish Dash.

A nice café with a local, small town feel. I stopped by for an hour before my flight out of SJC to enjoy a coffee and breakfast burrito. The food tasted good but wasnt high quality restaurant fare. The coffee was good and the service was friendly.

Really cute coffee place. The staff is super friendly and they truly make you feel at home. Or at least at your friends. Their breakfast crepe is to die for! And they have great coffee flavors like: caramel white mocca!
