This review is for the chicken. Ive been here twice and waited several months after the first time to come back thinking that because this a new location, the first time was just a fluke but was equally disappointed the second time I came back. Their chicken is just not as good as their other location. Although the chicken pieces are huge and gigantic, its a lot more fatty and less crispy. The crispiness being the biggest factor in me giving this place a low rating because I love BonChon for how well they fry their chicken. The taste is about the same but this location does not allow you to mix sauces. Everything else aside from the chicken was pretty good. Sad to say, I probably would just drive to Sunnyvale the next time I want BonChon.

This was a casual little place with a cozy interior with a bar and 4 TVs. The staff was great (but also maybe because it was super slow during the time I went at about 2:30pm). I ordered the half and half (half regular, half spicy) 10 piece wings. It was a bit pricey but the wings did not disappoint. They dont fry the wings too much. In fact, I even thought they were oven baked. I would definitely come back here again with some friends.

Im literally the only customer in the whole restaurant there is 4 visible employees and they are all huddled together taking I had to get their attention 3 times for service nice décor tho was gonna order food but decided to just have a couple beers and leave horrible customer service :(

Chicken is good. Bulgogi beef is very salty and over cooked. Japchae was nothing special. Stick to the chicken when eating here and you wont be disappointed. Surprisingly I enjoyed the coleslaw and I usually do not like coleslaw at all.

While not my bay area favorite, BonChon still delivers some very tasty fried chicken. Get the spicy flavor for a bit of a kick. The tacos are also very good and a refreshing contrast to the chicken.

Delicious crispy wings. The spicy is really spicy, so go with the soy garlic if youre not into the really spicy.
