I had a terrible experience with Andrea barns? The gentlemen on shift with her was very helpful and she decided to get in my face about not being able to substitute a side item. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I also had to get on her about washing her hands after handling money and before touching food as she was swinging the fry basket over the counter while telling me that she is the manager. I will never eat here again as long as there are people like this working at this location!!!! I felt bad for her coworker as he was extremely polite and had to deal with her attitude as well. I also had to go back a second time to return my crackers(lol) the same gentleman was polite the second time as well when he got me biscuits that where not stale to the point of being unedible.

Went to sate the wife with the Colonels goodness. Have heard mix reviews from co-workers. Upon arrival, I ordered a 12 piece family meal. When asked, "Original, Grilled, or Spicy Crispy?" I responded with Spicy. I was told that only 10 of the 12 pieces could be spicy, and the rest had to be grilled. Okay, no problem... When asked if I wanted white meat or dark, I stated mixed, to which was responded "We dont serve white meat." This was corrected by, what i assume was, a manager in the background stating they were only "out". Promptly drove across the street to Taco Bell. This was my experience, at 5:45 pm, on a Saturday. And a payday no less. Something should have tipped me off about the place being vacant, but I give everyone a chance. Wont happen again. Utter disappointment.

Try calling they wont answer. And the new Georgia gold chicken is hit and miss with the flavor. Its good if they actually coat it with the sauce. Today they did not. So why pay extra? I finally got ahold of a manager think his name was Micheal. He was unfriendly and finally said bring in receipt we will replace. Probably dont have it any longer. There werent even any pickles on my chicken so I think they for got to make it georgia gold chicken. But his over all attitude was unprofessional and uncaring.

Its bad when you really have to find a way to write a review! It was horrible! It was dead and nothing was stocked. No napkins nor forks. Ordered and didnt receive a receipt to call the 1800 number to advise someone about the horrible mess they have. Ordered again to make sure I didnt throw it away and again didnt receive a receipt. This store needs to be checked on for it being a Sunday evening it should of been kept well. They had plenty of workers as well, disgusting

Most disrespectful shop in my neighborhood have called several times to complain about the fact I have an infant sleeping and the workers play with the drive through intercom do doughnuts in the parking lot and have caught a group smoking pot by the trash bins this list is endless. I am done Im now going to be calling corporate in the morning and filing complaints about it. Im done with the bullshit. They dont even deserve one star at this point.

Ive been here a lot of times so Im not doing this review in one time drop by. Yes it get busy at times and It looks like they dont have enough crew to clean up right away (this happens really seldom) The only issue I have is you guys keep forgetting my cake from 10 pcs deal and one time I ask for the cake and the guy looks at me like he dont know the deal they have thats posted where you order your food, I mean come on.

KFC can be awesome or terrible. This place is near work so I go here despite knowing better. The chicken is usually on the small side and usually Old. Like its been sitting there awhile. But hey, they are only serving or men & women in uniform at JBLM and they are used to C-Rats. Maybe KFC Corporate knows that and is sending their lowest quality stuff here to make the soldiers and airman feel more at home.

Got here before 7pm and they were out of extra crispy chicken, am currently waiting the 15 min they said it would take to make it. What kind of place lets themselves run out of food during the dinner hours? And the employees did not seem very happy about having to make the chicken. Also, they tried to give me my drinks at the window, why so they can be completely watered down by the time I get my food?

Went there on a thursday and it wasnt busy, we ordered an 8 piece crispy meal. They told me it would take 17 mins. I said okay and waited. Our friends came in 5 mins later and ordered the same thing, they got their food before we did which makes no sense. When we got home to eat the chicken was just kind of soggy. Idk...Im never going there ever again. Cant wait for popeyes to open up.

First time i went counter was covered in ants. I havent gone inside since. But the food is good. My favorite thing about them is the employees. I was in the shittiest mood, didnt want to cook. So i went to the drive through. The guy had me in tears from laughing so hard at the drive through. Man he will never know how great he made my night just from being him.

Of course, it was the classic delicious kfc smell and flavor, but was disappointed in the service. We ordered and paid for the 12 piece meal, but received the dark meat only meal. It was too late to go back, because we were taking the meal to a friend recovering in the hospital. We were not given napkins, plates, butter, honey, or plastic sporks.

Very nice staff and extremely quick service. I pick up dinner from here sometimes and buy lunch for my employees. I would say the quality of service from this location is better than the others I have been to. Great job! :)

Tried to call in after going through drive through on a Sunday and no one answers the phone. Very nasty shity chicken. Absolute trash I wouldnt feed to my dogs. Staff very unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs...

Wow!! I got 8 pieces meal for $40. Thats absurd. 8 pieces of chicken, 1 mash potatoes and gravy, 1 Cole slaw, 1 chocolate cake.. and 4 biscuits. I got ripped off..
