I walked in with my friends and we were chilling in the back trying to decide what we want and immediately we felt rushed the big white lady was rude and getto and we tryed to understand because all of us were all tired we have been Working alot and this lady was obviously working past her shift time but dont be an ass like we were just trying to decide what we wanted to eat she was yelling at her other staff workers for keys and she was very unorganized we sat down and finally got our food and then this family comes in and her mood completly changes like all happy and everything

The chicken like always is usually so delicious. The chicken tenders are great. This location is always very clean and very friendly. They seem to sometimes be understaffed and in need of help. There seem to be a lot of teenagers who do a lot of talking. But it is always clean and quick when theyre focusing on their work. I love going to Popeyes and having a two or three piece chicken dinner with the sweet heat sauce. The spicy chicken is always on point and always fresh. They need to work on their speed and their focus. Other than that, I love Popeyes.

No line i was the only one in the drive trough ... But there was a wait... Waited till after i paid and they informed me there are no wings in the 16 peice i just ordered. Got 2 drinks one diet the other reg.. When they were given to me there was no indication of which one was diet. I asked politely if they knew which drink was diet they said no and slammed the drive through sliding window.. After spending over $50 on crappy service/food. I would say your better off at any grocery store. I wont be going back there. Lessons learned.

I love their food, however its prices seem to be slightly higher than other brand counterparts. The negative experience of mine was staff! I didnt feel welcomed whether I drove through nor walked in. Staff are so grumpy, not even one smile! If you ask a few minutes to check the menu then order they get assertive and ask you hurry up - even if there is no one in the line waiting. like I said, I love the food and it could be my meal at least three-four times a week but I stopped going there because I dont wanna feel disrespected! :(

Took a while because we ordered inside and not through drive-in. TIP: If you want fast food from any restaurant, DO NOT order inside. Took us 20 minutes to get a simple meal. Also, the employees kept messing up the drive-in orders making everyone angry. Another family waited 30 whole minutes for a 10 minute order. This was at about 7 pm on a HOLIDAY so I cant imagine how long youd have to wait if was during its peak hours on any other normal day.

This was the best chicken that I had in a very long time. This sentiment was also shared by my other family members who purchased meals as well. I got prompt, courteous service. The employees were very knowledgeable about their products. This is definitely the best Popeyes, that I have eaten at so far. The store is clean and tidy and there is parking out front. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best expierence Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant it was my first time ever going to any popeyes and the people who served me were amazing so nice and upbeat but not to a point of annoyance.. they gave me an extra biscuit because it was my first time trying a popeyes and I will definitely be coming back the food was great and it was fresh I loved it!

Horrible service! Had to park and wait for the food to finish. Waited and waited only to go inside to check on my order and see it sitting on the counter. Cashier was arguing with another employee my entire order. I had to repeat it over and over. For the price Popeyes definitely should have good customer service. Very unprofessional.

Slow as all hell, lady lied to my face saying it would be 5 minutes to cook everything. It took 20 minutes to then have them come out here and tell me they couldnt comeplete my order to then make us wait longer cause the food wasnt actually done . Probley wont go there again even if the food is good

My boyfriend went and got us food from here, came home and when I took a bite of my chicken it wasnt cooked all the way, it was only one piece, so I was going to let it go. But, as I continued eating, it turned out to be 4 pieces of my 5 piece tenders, very disgusted, not to happy about it.

Ive been to this Popeyes about four times, the staff seems to be nice, but their chicken seems like everytime I go there the chicken is over cooked . The wings must come from a new born chick omg , very displeased with the food.

It was cheaper here $3.69 for two pieces of chicken and a biscuit, but the girl was moping in front of drinking fountain for 20 minutes. We couldnt get the drink. Apparently they didnt teach customers service well.

The food is good, but over priced. Way over priced. The best food theyve got is the mashed potatoes and gravy, and the buttered biscuits. Id go to Popeyes more often if their prices were reasonable.
