Bad experience. Ordered 3 piece chicken tender meal. Chicken tenders were cold and over cooked. Mashed potatoes were drowning in overly salty gravy. Biscuit was doughy in center. Dipping sauce had expired 5 months ago. Called phone number on receipt to complain and recording said phone was not set up to receive calls. The glass had blown open on menu case and employees didnt seem to care that this obstructed the view of the menu. Its fixable. Buy a simple clamp from Harbor Freight...or duck tape people. Not at all satisfied. This is a location that I will not be visiting again.

online says "closed at 11" for friday and Saturday. go to the drive thru at 10:20 the intercom says welcome go ahead when ready I order and...nothing. so I pull up to the window... nothing so I call and the lady answered. hardly speaking English I might add. saying "we close 10, only till 11 on friday" and I said "well online it says 11 for friday and Saturday" and she wanted to argue what it said online in her broken English.... not my first bad experience here but it will be my last.

I come here often and its always a good experience ya sometimes they mess up but who doesnt and they always take care of the problem the food here is always fresh and the employees are always friendly and the restraunt is always clean the outside could use a little update maybe give it a little bit of curb appeal but over all i love this kfc just sayin

The young kids working today 5/13/17 around 6:30pm didnt care enough to sound like they wanted to provide good service and they didnt. The order was not complete and of course we didnt know until we got home. Wrong sides, no biscuit in one, everything literally just thrown in. The guy sounded like he was either high or asleep.

I had seen a special on TV, 8 pc with 2 lg sides 8.99, we i was explaining it to the person on the speaker inside the building, and the Manager Mike interrupted, very abrupt and forceful, i think that needs to go to customer service training, i will never go to that kfc.

Zinger sancwiches+ bacon/Cheese are on point. If you purchase more than 1 there usually made fresh. / went here last week. got #4 zinger sandwich combos. recieved 4 sandwiches with cheese and tiny pieces of bacon. horrible. could have cooked 4 or so more pieces of bacon.

i have to say i gave up on kfc. but one night i went to kmart n thought why not and got some chicken. n it was delicious u have single handedly brought me back to kfc i have told people to give u a try again ill be back allot promise

Absolute cheapest place to shop- no need to clip coupons here! The only downside- very few new to the market or gimmicky type products. They keep their prices down by only stocking foods they can get at the lowest possible price.

The coleslaw was the best for fast food, not now... The new recipe ( for ALL KFC) has something in it that makes it bitter and soapy tasting! Hopefully enough people will complain and the old recipe will return

Good service at the drive thru but the food was just thrown in the box and looked messy. Paper towels were all crumbled up and there were no other customers in the restaurant to warrant this kind of mess.
