Bad, bad bad...first-of-all they had none of the $1 & 2 dollar menu...neither one of the oven-hot items they advertise on TV...my strawberry-shake-cup-cracked and leaked all over my passenger seat...I had to wait in the parking-lot for my order for more than 10minutes and just to find-out when I got home how gross and sad the mushroom hamburger was...not worth the money or more than a dollar to me...yet I paid almost $7bucks just for the burger...Im the type of person that will go to Seoul burger and pay $12 dlls for a rib-eye burger and dont have to question-it...I see-it all over the place/news how skippers and many other fast food restaurant and chains are closing their store doors forever because of the lack of judgment, greed and failure to oversee quality and customer service, putting profits first and cutting corners as much as they can to the most valuable thing that can make-you, or break-you...the COSTUMERS... -HËCTOR PËREZ

Hi everyone, just wanted to say thank you for taking time out of your day to write a post on Lakewood Dairy Queen. My name is Jessica and I run this location. I appreciate all (and I mean all) postings. Whether good or bad we are striving to become the best and want to give everyone the service and quality that you pay for. I would like to add that this is the Lakewood Dairy Queen and not the Tacoma mall Dairy Queen. We get many complaints from that location and we understand the frustration. All we can do is work harder on better serving our customers and have to leaving with a feeling of a great experience. My goal is to serve you politely, quickly, with quality and cleaniness and I think thats hard to come by these days in fastfood. Thank you again and keep the feed back coming. Its not fastfood its FANFOOD!

Sign for combo says substitute, one item or another instead of fries so we ordered a substitute salad. Dry lettuce, some hard tomoto pieces they then charged extra for it. What happened to substitute I inquired. Rudely I was told that is someone elses pay grade, they are not allowed to answer anyway. What was represented as the manager began screaming at me from two feet away that substitute always means an extra charge. I asked her to please tone down her apparent anger and hostility and stop screaming at me, I am not deaf, I am only two feet away. Her response was argumentative, claiming its not her fault, its just her voice and she is not able to alter company policy. I only asked for clarification, not a refund, not a policy change. I noticed customers and help getting annoyed with her

Went through the drive through, person working said something about a $10 limit. We asked her to repeat herself and she didnt reply... So we assumed the order had to be over $10 for credit card fee reasons so we make sure it is over $10. The lady gets pissy and says were over $10.. yeah... We know. We ask her did she mean it has to be under $10 and she just says is a pissed tone, "maam, ten dollars!" ????????????ok? We figured out she meant under $10, still dont know why, but we left without ordering, we didnt do anything to deserve to be spoken to that way. This happened Jan 8 around 8pm.

Went to dairy queen in Tacoma by winco and it was the WORST service Ive ever had. We waited ten minutes to get food in the drive through after ordering and then they didnt even give us drinks. We had to go in and the people were rude. Everyones orders were in the red and I had to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES for them to remake two drinks. The food was cold. The fries were stale and the burger was gross. I will never, I repeat NEVER go back here again.

Tonight is feb 1st 7pm, the night crew gal that was working at the window was extremely rude, gal at th ed counter told me as i was ordering abrupt "wait a minute" and then said after i waited is that all you wanted? Without even a word, then as i was getting food it was almost being thrown at me and my napkins were stuffed in my food, i will not be coming back, and i will tell others of this poor service

Everytime I go thru drive thru I ask for the sundae coupon for later (with the $5 meals). And every single time, they hand me my order and say thank you and have a nice day. Hmmmm ... I then always have to remind them...my sundae coupon??!! Todays experience, no different. Top that off with an unpleasant smell wafting out of the drive thru window... I now know why I do not go there ...

Worst experience by far. I ordered a chicken basket and when I got my meal the fries were cold .. nothing was fresh. I was almost half way home and I had called to complain they said they dont do store credit I have to bring to food back to get new food Or else theres nothing they could do for me. Terrible customer service. I live too far to waste my gas to go all the way back.

its average DQ with average service. everything is clean and service was nice, but only thing I didnt really like about service I had at the time was the cashier didnt know how to upgrade Lunch deals with Blizard. she didnt let me upgrade blizzard to bigger size even though they can do that, for I go to DQ a lot in other places, I do know they can customize basically anything.

This Dairy Queen no longer has a value menu. It also has cut portions tremendously. My grilled chicken salad was only 1/2 full and there was only 9 pieces of chicken, 1cm square. I was so disappointed. When you pay $6 for a salad you should not still be hungry. I have never been shorted chicken so badly. My sons kids meal had 8 yes I said 8 fries. Absolutely ridiculous!

Normally, I love this place but I just wanted a place to write how disappointed I was the the Google Maps said DQ is open until 11 but when we pulled up at 10:40 Someone came out and said they close at 10:30 on Sundays. Not sure who could fix this but just thought I give a heads up to anyone who wants an ice cream run at 10:30 on a Sunday.

Just moved here from different State and thought Ill give it a try even though the ratings were not good...I was surprised when everyone was Very friendly and have great costumer service.The food my family and I ordered were accurate and very good.Hannah and Haley are so nice.Definitely coming back here

Come here once a week same order usually sit down. Decided to go through drive through. Get billed 2 bucks for sauce on a 25 $ order ask why i havent been billed for them in months The lady goes well youre completely wrong we always charge period . Keep up the amazing work .......

Just had the displeasure of eating at this Dairy Queen. Mrs. J. Is the one of the rudest people Ive ever met and certainly the rudest fast food worker I have ever received food from. I will never go to this Dairy Queen again and I would not recommend this one to anyone else.

Good was decent . Worked moving too fast dropped our sundae and got us a new one but the mess stayed on the floor. She picked up the cup and most of the contents but there was a mess left on the floor- slipping hazard potential
