Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this particular taco time. Food was fine. Service seemed average. As we walked out of the building, I realized my wallet wasn’t with me. We checked the car, but I was certain I carried it inside with me. My boyfriend ran inside and asked the counter staff if anything had been turned in. They said no. He then searched the store... Our table, the restrooms, the trash, etc. He asked the manager if he could watch the security videos, who told him sure, then immediately changed his mind and said no, he had to leave. On his way out of the building to let me know what happened, he ran into another employee on a smoke break. He asked her if she had seen anyone with a wallet, and she said, "Yes! We had one turned in a couple minutes ago!" He brought her inside to the manager and the manager told the employee she was mistaken. Why would he tell her she was wrong? The girl was positive it was turned in. I am not saying the staff took the wallet. But I am saying there is some shady, lying business happening here. I spent the afternoon on the phone with my credit card companies. Indeed, one card had been pinged for 160+ dollars at a gas station right around the corner. Interesting. I would never return here. I would never suggest for someone to visit this location. I am appaled by the service I received from these employees. This is EXACTLY why fast food restaurants have a bad rap.

On my top ten list of all time. Favorite since childhood. Deep fried burritos are awesome. Why are they the only place that does this? I had crispy burritos this way in a place called Taco Tico, it was in Ohio or Kentucky I cant remember which one, but other than that you wont find this superb treatment of the lowly burrito anywhere else around (the whole planet). I get a side of sour cream to dip it in for an extra quarter, and pump your own hot sauce. They are known for being eco friendly, everything you throw away is compostable, and everything you consume is top quality and locally sourced.

Taco Time is always so clean and fresh. The service here is great. I love their commitment to compostable, organic, and local products. My biggest issue with them has always been that flavor profiles are off. Chili powder or cumin or coriander or something is missing. Burritos and soft tacos are too similar. The whole "hot sauce" and salsa thing is also strange. Plus the tostada salad is totally a taco salad. Other than that, they have the fountain drink thing that lets you add sugar to your sugar water: cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper.

Food is amazing and not ridiculously overpriced like almost every eating establishment from Bellingham to Vancouver, WA. I like to sit at this Taco Time before I go see my therapist across the street. Families, construction workers, artists (like me!) older folks...all just eating delicious food and relaxing. The bathrooms are usually very clean, the dining area is usually clean but crowded! This is a very popular location. Almost anything you buy will be nutritious and taste great. Parking isnt plentiful but there is a drive-thru.

West Seattle tacotime sucks poor service cold food always missing and messing up stuff in the order with all the non hearing mostly women staff the order taker women cant never hear and always running her motor mouth about what somebody eats keep that to your self and the cooks are poor makes it sloppy cold and most incorrectly Manager poor at keeping a tight hold on things and has and attitude The owner should get a new intelligent productive staff

This Taco Time has always been a favorite. However our last 4 to 5 visits in the last few months have been disappointing. The tables have been messy, the front counter floor area is a wreck. Condiments area messy and some containers empty. Normally wouldnt gripe, but were sad to see this fast-food favorite slipping.

Regularly mess up the order. They literally remade my order 4 times times tonight and still didnt get it right. They were upset with me for some reason. I was nothing but patient. I just left over fear of them spitting in my food.

This location is wonderful!! The night manager is super friendly and the staff is nice. The beans here are fabulous, not too salty like at some other locations. I eat here all the time. Good value and delicious food.

Loved it growing up and still do. Each time I visit the area its usually one of my first stops. Fresh and tasty food! The crisp meat burritos top my list. Hopefully they will expand to the east coast soon.

Staff are fairly friendly. The service is quick. The big turn off though was the bathroom. The womans restroom smelled really bad the last two times I was there and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned.

I love taco time, but the service has become extremely slow and frustrating. I have waited 30 minutes on multiple occasions in the drive thru waiting for my food. If youre in a hurry, do not go here.
