Terrible service, terrible product, no pride in what they do here. If you come to Whidbey, dont stop hereon your way up the hill from the ferry. Your order will likely be wrong, the fries cold, and your burger a mess. See picture.. that was supposed to be a cheeseburger, no pickles, no mayo, no ketchup. Called in and the "manager" on duty couldnt have cared less.

Somehow this location manages to be both the only fast food on the south end of the island and still the least attractive option for fast food. Bored staff serving meh food, but if you like blizzards youre in luck, as its hard to get that wrong (though, sadly, theyve managed on a couple occasions)

Well one day i was dar. And a employee started yelling at a other employee. About how she screwed up on the order when she was the one making it. And a customer asked for something. But she didnt answer him. And me mom asked for my burger and she ignored her. mostly bad customer service.

Rude people work here. I feel judged or not wanted because I dont look like most people who come in here. Sad thing I have been here more than a few times but it doesnt change. I have sat around too while others come in and get a more welcomed greeting, etc.

Great ice cream treats and fast food options. Interior is clean and staff is friendly. They have a nice patio for outside seating.
