If I could give the service I received 0 stars I would, I work for a company that encourages Google reviews so Im very familiar with this feature, I went through the drive through one evening on my way home for a quick bite to eat. I waited for my order as I could visibly see the woman with the headset on moving boxes, I said hello multiple times before she said you can order just like that I didnt over think the greeting as I proceeded to the window to pay as she told me she would have my total at the window I waited over 10 mins for her to continue moving boxes I asked her what her name was she said laura I told Laura that was horrible service and if she could provide me customer feedback info she gave me my food and said theres a website on the back of the receipt. The disrespect and disregard for her customers shocked me, burger king really needs to touch up in some effective training Im not sure if Laura was having a bad day but if I hadnt waited so long I would have taken my business elsewhere, I will never come to this location again...

I went through drive through thinking it would be faster. Waited 15 mins for 1 meal. Only 2 cars in front of me and i was like ok maybe there are lots of people inside but then i see zero customers inside. 0. Like seriously? So the car in front got their drinks but then i see them return it to the cashier and she opens the lid. They got another one. Im guessing they messed up their drink. Finally i get to the window and i was really dumb not to check my order ( even though I shoudnt because its their responsibility.) I was on the road already when i take sip of my drink and turns out its tea ( i think) that tastes worse than water. I had ordered a coke and it said so on my receipt! How hard is it for them to get the drinks right and with zero ppl inside and only 2 cars in front of me? Why is it even called fast food? Why would i go through drive thru if in the end ill be waiting 15 mins for a order and not even get my order right? In then end i went to a 76 and got a lrg soda for 89cents.

Was asked to park in the front as they wait would be 5 minutes. We waited and waited until I decided to go in, there was a gal looking at two bags asking whos orders these are for. I asked if they fogot about us, she said she didnt know and asked if I was order 81 I had no idea she said what was in the bags which was our order. The food was cold I refused the cold food and said Im not trying to be mean but Ive waited and I want hot food! I went back to my car waited 10 more minutes (were now at 30 minutes) I went back in and the manager offered me a refund and said she assumed that I left because I didnt want our food or refund.... because that makes sense. .. then she told me I shouldve talked to her in the first place. ... ultimately shes probably right this was my fault for being bad at being a customer so I wont go back and bother them with it again.

I ordered my food for our family got home and they totally botched our order. Obviously upset I called and spoke with the manager. They apologized and told they would replace our order that she was writing it in their book and told me to hang on to my receipt. Well I was in the area today 21 march 17 at 1100 am and provided my receipt and explained the situation. The manager told me she would not honor it due to the fact they threw their book out and too much time expired. Horrible management. The fact that they failed to correctly fill our order the first time is a direct reflection of the management. This store is definitely in need of a management change.

Went in, ordered a meal an had a free whopper from the family food game, the cashier said she couldnt accept it, I gave it to her flipped over so all she seen was the backside, told her she didnt even look at it, so she flipped it over then purposely scratch another answer, then said see I cant accept it, I brought it to the managers attention, an she said she cant accept it ether, all this was happening while a cook in the back was standing there digging up his nose, literally.... Told the manager that this was the worst experience Ive had with them, told them Ill take my business someplace else!!!

Im very disappointed and shicked at what happened as a result of eating here!! On Thrusday, my mother and I had ordered two whopper meals, my mother ate at the fast food place while I ate at home. Two days later my mom had constant diarrhea, going to the bathroom over 8 times. The day after the diarrhea started, she started getting bloody diarrhea, which we went to the doctors to see why she was pooping blood. Today, the results came in saying that she was tested positive for E. Coli!!! Its a complete outrage that this happened to my mother! Never eating here ever again.

Been here atleast ten times, mostly out of necessity. Drive through is the slowest Ive ever seen. every. Time. Messed up my order almost half of those times and the couple of times I had to park and go inside to have it fixed, I not only had to wait in a very slow moving line to get some attention, I was met with rolled eyes and sarcastic comments even though I was positive and apologetic about (THEIR) mistakes. In conclusion: this place sucks.

Ordered a simple Whopper meal to go. The shift leader/manager (?) placed my food in the drive thru Que. Then proceeded to complain about her coworkers in front of them. Then joked about killing herself if anyone questions her again. While it was obviously a joke knowing the full context I doubt most kids under 12yrs old would understand. Its still Summer break. Kids were in the facility and drive thru. Best to avoid this place.

Since the new owners have taken over its gone down hill. Tables are always dirty, the floors is always sticky, the trash is overflowing, they allow homeless people to come in and sleep at the tables. Recently I went through the drive thru my sons french toast sticks werent over cooked and extremely greasy. I ordered the 2 mini burritos with hash browns, the burritos were gross and the hash browns were too greasy to eat.

Wanted to get a Whopper meal as they sell those now during breakfast time. I was told they wouldnt have whoppers until 11:30 or 12. How does that even make sense??? Your lunch starts at 10:30. Are you just planning on not selling burgers? I used to be a Manager of a Burger King and the drive through attended here was just awful.

Very very slow service, even though there were plenty of staff and only 3 people in the store one of which had already gotten their food. Staff was talking while I was was waiting to order about what staff was coming in later that day, and who the staff was and if they had meet her before. Very unprofessional.
