We placed an order online through grub hub which we had used to specifically find someone who delivered to our neighborhood. The estimated wait time was an hour ten to an hour twenty which we thought was ridiculous, but we had already put in our order and hoped the food would be amazing. At an hour thirty minutes we called and they informed us that we were out of delivery range and they had CANCELLED our order, without telling us. They had our phone number and address on file and were never going to tell us that our dinner was not on its way. At 830 at night by the way, not exactly dinner time rush. Taste of China blamed grubhub and said they had called grub hub to let them know . Why the hell would you call grubhub and not your customer that is sitting waiting for their dinner to arrive? This was completely unacceptable and not how anyone should run a business. Never again would I order anything from these people in person or online. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Last night we decided to order some food from Taste of China and my wife and I were totally disappointed in the food and service. Our order was taken at 7:04 p.m., but we didnt receive our food till 9:40 pm! Not only was our food two hours late but they mishandled our payment. I had to meet the delivery driver down our road after giving clear directions to our home. It gets even better, once I got back home we discovered that the food was cold and had a distinct taste of seafood(fried rice, lo mein, and general tso) but we didnt order any seafood. About a hour of picking at the food, my wife and I became terribly sick. Im now exhausted from being sick in the bathroom all night, this is hands down one of the worst experiences with a restaurant in my life. Id advise people to think twice before eating here, i just hope no one has to experience what we did.

Well this place is an enigma...one the one hand, on several different occaisions, my subgum chicken chow mein was fresh and excellent, as was the egg foo young, pork chow mein, kung pow chicken, and BBQ pork, and so were most of the dishes ordered. They are very friendly when ordering and delivering...which keeps you coming back to give them another chance. But on the other hand, my fried shrimp were soggy and not fully cooked, EVERY TIME! and the fried rice every time was the worst Ive ever had at any time or any place. How do you make a bad fried rice? there was no eggs in it, no pork, no green onion, no nothing except rice and soy sauce...ugh! Id love to give them 5 stars, As there are many more positives than negatives, but again...how do you ruin fried rice and fried shrimp...and not bring hot mustard or white rice when delivering?

The pictures posted here absolutely do not lie! The food is served in large portions and looks absolutely delicious. In fact, it takes absolutely delicious too! My only complaint is that the kung pao wasnt quite spicy enough, but the flavor was great. The vegetables were super fresh, everything was obviously fresh out of the wok or fryer. The crab puffs were a good balance of flavors (not too crabby) and my husband reported the potstickers were perfect. The restaurant itself is very small... seating for maybe 25 total, but very clean, modern and warm. Very friendly staff and the manager (maybe owner) stopped by and chatted with us a bit, great guy as well. Staff all seemed happy enough to be there, not dragging their feet or whathaveyou. Really enjoyed ToC and with a 5 mile delivery radius I will definitely be a regular.

PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT!!! Ordering online was easy and perfect, phone communication with the restraunt was perfect (I called them to make sure they got my online order, yup they did!). The perfect delivery driver found my tricky to find front door easily (per my online note with order). The food! The food! OMG the food! Ummm wow!!! I ordered general tsos chicken, not only was it AMAZING and cooked Perfectly , but there was enough to feed 3-4 people! The egg foo young was super delicious and I highly recommend the hot and sour soup! Taste of China is now my go to place for awesome, delivered food in Vancouver WA.! Love them so much I even called them to personally give accolades. ;) Now go eat!

The food is wonderful. Very friendly staff. Prompt and the bathrooms are spotless. The food is delicious. I do have to say that having come from California, there is a difference between California Chow Mein and Washington/Oregon Chow Mein. Lo Mein up here is soft noodles stir fried in with the vegetables and meat. I didnt know that and I got the Chow Mein which is a hard, crunch noodle. I didnt really like it too much, but when i mentioned it, they brought out a plate of Lo Mein and it was wonderful. Best part. No charge. They were very gracious and the again the food was wonderful. Best chinese food I have had so far.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food served by this establishment. I had read about it on a Facebook thread a while back and decided to give it a try. Many other Chinese restaurant lack in service and quality but I find Taste of China to stand out in both of these areas. Their servers are quick to meet my requests and they never act like theyre annoyed or unavailable. I find their food to be always fresh and their ingredients to be at a much higher quality than other Chinese restaurants Ive been to. Everyone really needs to try TOC out for either their buffet or delivery. Im sure you wont be disappointed!

Hot fresh food at a reasonable price - and plenty of it. Great lunch specials. You get to choose from a variety of sides, including egg foo young (never seen that as a choice). I had it and it was very good. I am usually reluctant to order Mongolian beef from a new restaurant due to the mostly disappointing results, however the waiter said to was one of the more popular choices so I did. It actually had and ample amount of beef that was tender and juicy, and the green onions were not overcooked. It was one of the best Ive had. Wish I lived nearby so I could sample the rest of their menu.

THE BEST CHINESE FOOD AROUND!!! Im EXTREMELY picky about my Chinese food. The way I like it and taste. This place had you coming back the next day, (if not next meal) wanting more!!! Everyone that works there are wonderful!! They are so sweet, friendly, and make you know that theyre there to make your experience GREAT!! I would travel miles out of my way, just to buy my food from them. Theres honestly no way to express how amazing this place is! I can guarantee anyone though that it they dine in/out here, theyll be back!!!! (Im actually on my way right now to get lunch!)

Delivery options are limited in Vancouver, so when I saw that there was a Chinese restaurant in town offering to deliver, I was excited. Taste of China didnt disappoint. The portions are generous. The food is perfectly cooked. The Satay Chicken, Egg Rolls and Fried Shrimp were especially cooked. The fried foods werent overcooked or greasy. The Satay chicken was grilled to perfection, leaving it tender and moist. Weve ordered from them twice and will certainly order from them again. They deliver quickly and the food is well-packed. I cant recommend them highly enough.
