Their customer service is awesome !!!! They are always fast and efficient,even if for some reason their super busy. If there is a wait on something I want to order ,they are sure to let me know before I pay and usually try and offer me something extra for my inconvenience!!! They are always letting me in on the best deals and saving me $!!! Like I wanted a 12 piece meal comes with 3large sides and 6 biscuits for $35.99 ..... And one young woman asked if instead I wanted to do a 8 piece fill up meal for $20 it comes with the 3 large sides and (4) biscuits and then to get all my chicken just add a $10 - 6 piece chicken share to it..... So for $30 plus tax... I got a total of 14 pieces of chicken 3lg sides and 4 biscuits!!! And for $1.79 I could get two more biscuits... So total of $31.79 plus tax for everything I wanted plus got two more pieces of chicken!!!! Their always looking for ways to save us $$

The food was alright, the service was terrible! I got completely the wrong order, I paid for a larger order and received a smaller one. I live 20 minutes away, 1 way, so I called for over 40 minutes to get someone on the phone to find out if something would be done about this, no answer, finally had to call corporate number to complain! Waiting for someone to call me back. I was disappointed the smaller meal just barely fed my family, I still had to make extra food because it was not enough. I notice the service of the Gig Harbor KFC and the Port Orchard KFC has been going down, each visit it gets a little worse! Went today expecting to sit in air-conditioned comfort and eat. We find all the doors open and when we asked were told that the air conditioning broke something like 3 MONTHS ago. We were still going to eat-in, but when our food was given to us it was packaged to go, and the server told us its because they were out of plates. All the tables save 1 large one were dirty. People were walking out because of the wait just to order. When we got home there was no butter for the biscuits. This restaurant desperately needs some owner and management attention, and more staff. The poor kids working were doing what they could, but just fell short. Will probably go to Port Orchard next time.

I had the absolute worst KFC experience there. It took about three minutes to be acknowledged and another three minutes to get someone to the front counter to help me. My order came quickly, but the original recipe chicken was dry, tough, and crispy. The mashed potatoes portion was small and the gravy was watery. The jojos were nearly brittle. The biscuit was good at least. The young manager was sitting in a both talking with a guy the whole time and it didnt seem like it was business. I am disappoint.

Manager should have a talk with the crew. Ordered a Pepsi and got a very watered down one and they forgot napkins, the butter and the honey. Terrible service. They dont seem to fully understand what they are doing. Just pressing the buttons as they light up. Edit: Came back a few weeks later, and quickly drove back through the drive through due to an incorrect order. One of the staff there got in an argument with me and kept saying I was in the wrong and that I ordered the item they gave me..

Really going down hill as far as food quality. Usually there is an issue with availability of the extra crispy chicken. There is always the "original recipe" chicken available. Does anyone actually choose the "original recipe"? I cant imagine so, because its soft and greasy. Why not make less "original recipe" and more "extra crispy? Even if they did, the taste is not as good as it used to be. We are going to steer clear, for a while. Hopefully there will be a change for the better, some day.

It took 45 minutes and 3 trips to KFC to get a simple 12 piece meal. The only customer service was from another customer who let me go ahead of him in line to get the biscuits they neglected to include. In the 5:00 hour they didnt have enough chicken to fill a 12 piece order. Then they said it would be a 4 minute wait... that was actually a 20 minute wait. I had to go in to get my food. Im pretty certain they forgot about it. Ill go to the Safeway deli for my fried chicken meal next time.

Ordered the 12 piece, paid for the 12 piece, ordered to go. We got home they only gave us 8 pieces of chicken. To far to go back. We stopped going a couple of years back due to unsanitary food handling, and cross contamination. Decided to give it another try, bad decision !
