A pizza chain with a wide selection ingredients and a very corporate feel. The bar area seems to be sports focused, and the beer selection is rather expansive for a chain, with several local brews. The food is delicious; the pizza having a slightly doughy crust and the variety of sauces are all good. A surprisingly addictive pizza is the Thai Pie is surprisingly addictive; you may find yourself polishing off the whole thing on your own. Sadly, service seems to be hit or miss, but is always slow and the prices are rather steep for a chain restuarant. However, late hours make this the best option for late nights in Happy Valley.

Food has lost any flavor it used to have and the service it hit and miss. One group in the upper section with no windows seats taken yet my wife and I were refused the availability. The walls were bare of anything that resembled "Old Chicago". No pictures of sports figures, black and whites of gangster movie scenes, no street maps, just one Wrigleys stadium sign. This was the opposite of the warm feeling you would expect when going on a date to a nice place. And far from anything you would expect when going to a restaurant representing "old" Chicago. Will never return! Our visit actually saddened us. So much potential lost.

Got there and had to look for someone to seat us. There was a girl in front of us that left because she had waited so long to be seated. Once we got seated the strawberry lemonade was gross so i changed it to tea and still got charged for the lemonade which was 1.00 more. When the waitress took our drink order i asked if we could order our kids food right then because they knew what they wanted and she said wed have to wait for her to put in another order and then shed be back. It to her maybe 5-10 min to come back. She never gave us refills All in all it was a bad experience and Id recommend not going there

This Old Chicago has decent pizza but not much else. My friend and I ordered the grilled steak combo and shrimp platter. We both ordered our steaks medium well. I requested mine be plain rather then seasoned with the garlic butter on the side. Both our steaks arrived rare. Mine was heavily seasoned. The vegetables were ice cold. My friends french fries were soggy. I returned my steak asking for well done the second time. It arrived as rare as the first steak. There was one noteworthy food item: the crispy red potatoes. The waitress was friendly and attentive which is the only positive for this location.

I love this place! The food is delicious, especially the bacon & cheddar mac and cheese bites! They also have a great selection of beer on draft. I also really like the brew-pub atmosphere of the bar. Its a great place to watch the game. Also, our server Sean went above and beyond our expectations for service - he took our order quickly, checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed, and he was so funny! That definitely makes for an enjoyable date night with my husband. This is our new favorite place and we will definitely be back!

Tonight I took my son to dinner order Mac and cheese and fries for him and never got his order. The waiter was no where to be found had to find another waiter to go find him. He never gave us a refill on our drinks. Also didnt say sorry just gave me my bill and took off my sons food we never received . He also gave the person next to us the wrong bill. Im sad to say I will no longer be going there ever again. WAS a family favorite place to go NEVER agian. Ps he only had 2 tables.

I have never wanted to leave a $0 tip more. I didnt, because I cant bring myself to do that, but I REALLY wanted to. The waiter messed up or orders, and the food ended up taking about 45 minutes to get to us. When we were done, it took him another 15 minutes to bring our check and after he took our check another 30 to bring back my card. Never refilled our drinks. Food was good, but service was horrid.

We went to eat today at noon. They werent busy and the clerk at the front said Ill seat you in a minute. We said fine and waited quite a while when another couple came in he told them they could be seated in the bar right now or wait for him to seat them. We left because he still had no intentions of seating us We then drove a little further down the road to Applebeas and they sat us right away

Been coming here for years. The large deep dish pizzas have gotten rather pricey over the years at about $23 currently, but are really delicious and easily enough for two good eaters. The chicken sandwich is also tasty on house made bread, but again pricey at $11. Come at happy hour, only weekdays now, and get Italian nachos or Sicilian pepperoni rolls if youre looking for a cheap yummy meal.

When we came in, there was a short blond worker at the entrance, she didnt even greet us, but some other people came in, she greeted. How rude is that! The pizza was great. The customer behind me was very upset because she had to wait for 30 minutes to get seated and something about the happy hour. She was complaining to the server. She also complaint on the face book.

Absolutely love this place! One of my husband and my go to places. Their regular food is great. Their beers are on point, especially the Snake Bite which one of us usually ends up ordering every time we are there. Their happy hour is on point. Especially the late night happy hour with $2 pub pizzas and $2 onion rings that comes with about 8 rings.

Place is fantastic. Pizza is always best around in my opinion. The staff has always been excellent and the one time my order was messed up, the manager personally made the second and took care of everything. It may also help that Im not an ass when a simple mistake happens. The staff seems to be more willing to help you out in those situations.

I recommend because not only is the food tasty, but the environment is so fun, youll think youre among friends. Ill take my family there until Im old and grey.... Then Ill get take out! Hungry? Grab a bite at a reasonable price with large portions, enjoy a yummy alcoholic beverage, and bring some change for the pool table. ENJOY!

Other than a great place to get a beer, the food is really corporate cheap and awful. The heavily bleached flour used on crusts tastes like paste, theres was too much rather low quality sausage in my calzone, not enough veggies, ricotta, or sauce. Salad was iceberg and fake croutons and cheap bottled dressing.

Its a chain Pizza place, however they pride themselves with having the largest variety of Beer you can get on tap at any one place. The pizzas are are top notch, I recommend The Classic. A great place to get dinner, grab a beer or two and catch a game on one of the many TVs throughout the place.

Love pizza, sports, beer, and fun bartenders? Then this is the place for you! They always have the major games on and are willing to change some of the smaller games to other games for you if you want. I never had a problem here, and you can join the rewards program for great prizes.
