I have been a fan of madras dosa corner have took bunch of my friends many time and as myself being a food blogger I liked the quality and taste but this weekend I had worst customer service experience coming myself from hospitality industry I have always learned to treat customer right. We were part of 5 and ordered food and while eating accidentally my friend tea mug which had full serve of tea in it fell on the table and it was all over my food. Another coffee also fell off. We were so sorry and owner took away my plate and just left. No one came so that I could reorder and they dint even asked for another tea or coffee out of curtesy. We would have defiantly paid for another mug of tea. It was really disappointed I understand management could not get me another dish which is fine but atleast take another order or atleast ask for another drink. I guess we expected a lot from management. I personally feel its basic curtesy of food/drink is fallen replace it. Customer will himself pay for it. If I can order 1 cup of coffee I can order another cup as well but just disappearing all together and after owner/ manger himself saw it I was disappointed. They should really focus on customer service!!!

Opened last year (2015) I have been a customer since day 1. It was very good then its very good today. My favorite dishes are the medu wada, chutney (tomato) and ghee dosa. Apart from that my regular items are goat biryani and lemon rice. The lemon rice here is incredible. Im not from South India but love lemon rice here. You can top off the food with coffee which is served in traditional cup and bowl. The coffee seriously though, is a hit or miss. If coffee isnt your cup of tea (:D) go with Mango Lassi. Overall its a great restaurant with reasonable prices. Caution : there is *always * waiting. And it can go upwards of 45 minutes. I would suggest evenings on weekdays are your best bet. Avoid weekend afternoons at all cost unless you can manage seeing others filling their tummies to the brim while you wait outside.

Worst Hospitality and Customer service. They need to be taught a lesson or two in customer hospitality. We were party of 3, and seated on 4 chair table. One of the chair on my side was empty. A waiter pulled the chair to move it to another table without even asking for permission. I find that rude and mistreatment. I voiced in right away saying "At least have some politeness to ask" and that guy just stormed away with the chair. He didnt even apologize. Food was okay but very late. They didnt even keep our empty water cups filled. I always tip all restaurant with dining experience. This is the first restaurant I paid 0 as tip, that speaks how unsatisfied I am with their service. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again.

One of the best Indian restaurants(taste wise) in US, i ever tasted. You would get the real flavor of Indian food. We traveled from Minneapolis for a vacation to Seattle and we got to know about this restaurant. Hotel owners/workers/partners are super friendly and talk to you and explain you the food and its specialties. Kothu parota, Biriyani, MDC Special Chicken 65 are the food i have ordered and they are just awesome. Someone should add Madras Dosa Corner restaurant as "Must visit" in Seattle Trip Adviser. No one would believe MDC has been started 6 months ago.. Go for it !! Very Authentic, tasty and real indian food !!.. Crowd puller !! Super packed all the time so call them and book your place before going..

A few years ago, I reviewed the Saravana Bhavan in Vancouver BC and mentioned how I missed a good South Indian restaurant in the Seattle area. I visited Madras Dosa Corner this weekend for the first time. Im glad that we finally have a good South Indian restaurant right here now. We ordered Jalapeno bajji, Medu Vadai, Onion Masala Dosa, Onion Tomato Uthapam and Adai Avial. All of these were excellent. I will be visiting this place more often. I especially liked the fact that they use ghee (melted butter) to prepare these. The food was not overly oily or salty or spicy to point where you can only taste the salt or spice and nothing else. Good flavourful South Indian food.

In a pinch, this is your go to place for South Indian food. They are tucked away in a strip mall in Issaquah (a Seattle burb). However, its easy enough to drive from Seattle (20) as long as traffic gods in I-90 cooperate. Highly recommend anything with sambhar. This is the closest to a tamilian sambhar that you can find outside of a Tamilians home. As a result, great options for idlies, mini-idlies dunked in sambhar and sambhar-vadas. Not a big fan of their paneer-butter masala dosa. However, their ghee-roast dosa is legit enough. The only downside to this place is their price. However, I recommend visiting at least once and then making your own mind up.

This place is so amazing, that I choose to come here on my birthday last week. I am a regular visitor, I know the menu in-and-out and take all my friends, all the time. If you go just before rush hour starts, you can save time on waiting outside for a table. The sambar they have is the best on all of Eastside Indian restaurants. The paper roast dosa is made as long as the table, making everyone eye your plate and wonder, I want thaaaattttttt! This place definitely takes me home, and staffs are helpful. I NC Google maps app, there is "popular times" feature. Just check when it peaks, and go 20 mins before that per time. You will be happy! :)

We had very worst experience. We love South Indian but first of all , its not South Indian style because most of the food they are mixing little sugar or jaggery for sweet taste instead spicy ; I dont know why and the rice is basmathi, south side special is boiled and raw rice but here you cant see. More oily , you can see the oil very well outside the food and is not dried properly, even if we ask to replace then you will get the same;customer service is very very worst. Better they change the name of restaurant instead Madras . I think, most of the reviews are fake.

Tops the list for South Indian food in the area! Have had their catered food thrice so far, and have been in the restaurant once. Consistently amazing food! The dahi vadas were perfectly soaked and soft (very importantly!), the sambar rice had very good taste and the flavour had settled into the rice very well, the yoghurt rice and the seasoning was very well done, the chutneys were all fantastic (made with fresh grated coconuts, from what I can gather), and the idlis were just right. Cant wait to try their dosas and coffee next time!!

Food here is not as good as they say in the reviews. Place is not hygienic at all( the lady who was cleaning the floor served us water with out washing her hands) Me and my wife tried chicken dosa, onion ghee podi masala dose, idly and puri. All three dishes were half cooked. Apart from taste there service is really bad. It took 45 mins for them to get single idly. The chutney they serve is very little. I dont understand why they get greedy for serving the chutney.
