Biryani is amazing at this place. However service is not up to the mark. Several times I placed to go order over phone. They typically say 20 min to pick up. Once them made me wait more than 1 hour. Even after inquiring several times. The guy at the counter blamed his kitchen staff but never once said he was sorry. They have website to order food on-line. Its buggy and broken most of the time. I placed order for pick-up in Ardenwood. The order was placed in their El-camino location. This place was owned Swagat before and the service then was much better.

This place is one of my favorites in the Bay Area. I have always taken out food from here, but never dined-in, so my review is totally food-specific. Their biryani is the best, and my personal fav is the Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani. Chicken lollipop and Chicken Tandoori are pure bliss. Also, their butterscotch pastries are super yummy and reminds me of India days. Highly recommended, try the take out first.

They dont even check while packing the items. After going home u have to regret when you find that you have curry but the poori.. you know how it feels. After a long fight in phone call with them they refunded a penny .. I dont know what Im supposed to do with that penny.

The quality of the biryani has gone down the drain... I actually suspect that the evening order of biryani is left overs from the afternoon buffet. I was planning to place an order for an upcoming party, but seeing the corner cutting, I would stay away from these people.

The website says open till 10:00 pm on Sundays. But they were closed by 09:30 PM. So be aware before you head late to this place. Gave two stars as I have tried their menu earlier in one of their party. Taste is 3 stars though

The food is way too spicy.. The egg biryani had all curry at the bottom. Its like you added rice in way too much curry.I couldnt eat that at all..Im sorry it was not good at all. Too spicy burned my mouth.
