If I could give no stars I would! We are from the other side of the mountains. And never have had Guys... tonight we were headed home wanted a real burger and fries... we could have paid the same amount for a sit down restaurant!! We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, a large fry and a drink to share!! First there was no straws, asked them they couldnt understand, then we got our food my husband had two patties, I had none... I brought it to the counter showed the guy there was no patty... he had to call someone over to talk to me!! Then they got me a new burger and it had two parties too! Cheese wasnt melted, it was just a mess! Horrible just horrible experience!

Check your stuff if you get it to go. These guys just tried to pass off none cooked cheese as a grills cheese sandwich thinking I would not look. You sell grill cheese at $5.00 and you cant put in the effort to make sure its melted? Not to mentioned people receiving their burgers ahead of me when they were 2 to 3 people behind my self. Listen the burgers are amazing for the price but this location... nope. You try to rip off customers, fix your service and get the garbage you call a grilled sandwich off your menu. When you see the refund, yeah that was my money coming back.

The menu only had five items, yet there is room for endless customization and creativity with the wide assortment of well prepared toppings available. The burgers are always made with good ingredients and are always well cooked. The fries are the best Ive ever had, and as icing on the cake, a sign on the wall lets you know where that days potatoes are from. One can walk in with an empty stomach, and out with a full one, and a wallet only about eight bucks lighter. No nonsense, good food.

Was there on 6/26/14 at about 7:30pm and my cashier (sorry forgot her name) maybe Christina but was exceptional at helping me and even other customers. When not busy came around buzzing tables offering help to people with kids to carry things out. the lady making the fries was friendly. I will be going back for a full menu and taste the burgers since all I got was fries for my son. Keep up the good service, I was impressed you can tell you want to be at work.

Ive eaten here just a few times, and Im not overly crazy about their burgers or meal selections. Id rate their burgers as just average, since I know some other nearby places that have much tastier burgers. The location is good, just across the way from Target. Service and cleanliness of their place is also just average.

Great juicy burger. Sauteed onions, bacon, and cheese make the burger! Always with a visit. I love eating the peanuts while a wait. The fries are so large you only need to one order medium fries for the whole family.
