This chain used to be pretty good, but is starting to go downhill. The menu has been sized down significantly, so many favorite offerings are now missing. The beer is still of good quality and several of their exclusive draughts are very good. Service at this particular location was not very good at all on this last visit. The server came as we were pulling our chairs in and asked if we were ready to order yet. She returned about 2 minutes later with the same question. After returning a third time when we were ready to order, we never saw her again. The bartender delivered the drinks. Someone from the kitchen or other servers delivered the food and a random server walking by provided ketchup. Also when my wife asked for water, only she was brought water. We had to ask separately for me. Food was decent. Service was not.

Im a rock n roll fan, so I love the backstage alley atmosphere. Their home brew Suicide Blonde and a pizza off the beaten path are great for an evening out with friends. Creative pizzas like Crazy Train (pepperoni, hot Italian sausage, peppered bacon, caramelized onions, garlic, oregano and hot cherry peppers), Flirtin w/ Disaster (Hot Italian sausage, andouille sausage, caramelized onions, fresh crushed garlic and red chili flakes) and Revolution (pulled pork, pineapples, roasted red and green peppers and BBQ sauce). A little pricey, but worth the visit every once in awhile.

Not really impressed at all. Only the second time Ive been to this place. First time was outstanding. Wish I would have left a review the last time. The bartender when we were here at the beginning of the year was awesome! Wish I would have remembered his name to give the guy some credit! This last time was a time thats easily forgettable... Food took over an hour. Pizza was burnt when it came. Drinks came quickly, but when it came time to checkout, the server gave us the check and didnt come back to check on us to see if we were ready for what felt like 15 minutes.

Let me drop some knowledge. You know how I do it. I wanted to really like this place you know? But ya maybe just not my thing. Pizzas are ok. Some meat sandwich thing I had was ok. Wifes salad meh. Nothing inspiring for the price you pay. We have tried it several times, and its just like meh... Now I know this is just my opinion, and others think their the best. Just not me. Every pizza seems spicy, when they arent supposed to be. And just to expensive to eat when your trying to enjoy yourself. Customer service was fine...anyhoo... Bam !

Ive tried repeatedly to have a good experience here. Today we spent an hour and 10 minutes waiting on pizza. I guess someone had taken ours and this was only discovered after trying to serve us the completely wrong pizza. The party of 4 next to us got their pizza 20 minutes before us and got there 30 minutes after us. When we were told what happened we were told 5 more minutes, 15 minutes later we have pizza. No offer for a discount, just frustration, and not the first time. Ps, slow clean up!

Pizza is good, but I dont really think it is better than others. The pizzas come to you on a large platter with the server, they are about the size of a dinner plate at fourteen bux a pop. The toppings are sprace but high quality and the crust is crunchy (I like crunchy crust). But for what you are paying for, I would want more toppings at least, or even a larger pizza. Good if you are out on a date or something, not so much if you want to get full or your monies worth

We arrived, and I didnt expect the service to be very good, based on past experience here. I was correct. The amount of bad experiences here to good is unacceptable. The food is quite good, but the service ruins it. We spent a very long time waiting for food, and the sever screwed up our order, though he realized it and remade our pizza. This, however, took over 30 minutes, and we ended up being there for about an hour and a half. Im not pleased.

New to the area and gave this place a try, terrible terrible service on an easy order. Ordered to go and showed up after the given time of when it would be ready and they hadnt even made it had to wait and was told it would be a few minutes watched them make my order and then had to wait for it to bake. The order took over twice the amount of time then I was told. WILL NEVER go back. Only gave them one star cause you cant give zero.

Over priced and over rated. This place used to be good but has since gone way down hill. They now use cheap ingredients and it takes longer for them to cook the food. Service is awful because they have new staff everytime I go there. That in itself says a lot. They get 1 Star for the music they play. Not many places to find a good pizza around here for the price. Now I have to decide between Papa Murphys or Dominos.

The rock is the perfect name for this restaurant because their pizza is as hard as a rock. Pizza is dry and tough. Long wait for food. Drinks are great but overpriced. Poor management but fantastic wait staff. Only way I will go back is if I have a gift card. Family and friends, please stop giving me giving gift cards to the rock

Usually good, but this time not so much. Besides the very long wait to be seated, after ordering only one of the three meals ready in a reasonable time. Finally, the other two were ready after the first was eaten. The other two werent as ordered but redoing would have taken too long. Not our best experience here.

Great pizza. Loads of flavor, unique recipes, and different fun theme im restraunt. Very accommodating, allowed us to buys balls of their fresh dough for sister bday party where her and friends had a make your own pizza dinner. Little pricey especially for how small the pizzas are though.

Worst service Ive ever been to, my stepmom waited 15 minutes for wine before getting up and going to the bar and getting it herself. Saw the waiter 2 times, once when she asked for our orders 1 minute after being seated, and once when she dropped off the check. Dont go here!!!

The food is amazing but the service is terrible. Even on weekdays. My family and I wait upwards of 25 minutes to even be seated, 15 minutes for a server and 20 minutes for the food to come. Honestly service is so bad if the food was any less good they would be out of business.

Love this place! Great for a date night or family dinner. Relaxed atmosphere and a huge variety of custom pizzas. The burgers are great as well. They give the kids a little piece of dough to play with to keep them entertained as a nice touch.

Cool interior but food is only so so. Really dark inside which isnt my favorite. Bloody marry drinks are lame here. Typically this drink is garnished with some vegetables but they do nothing to the drink at all. Not sure I will return.

We always have good service here, even when they are busy. We try to come when they are doing Battle of the Bands promotions so we can support high school bands. They have several house microbrews and a great selection of pizza options.
