The young lady who helped me today, Xinyi X, according to the receipt, is the most unpleasant, unfriendly, rude individual I can imagine a company would want in a customer service role. You can tell that she doesnt want to be there, and her attitude towards customers (its as if were a nuisance to her), is unacceptable. And its not as if this is one time. Every time I have been in and shes been working, I see it. Also, her portion sizes that she serves are always much smaller than her co-workers. I work nearby, and this is the closest Panda for my lunch break, so I am in often. But I am willing to drive to the Gresham Station location, if needed, just to avoid Xinyi X. She either needs A LOT of remedial training, or to be removed from her role entirely.

For what it is, Panda Express is pretty decent. I like the fact that they display calorie count on their menu and offer options like grilled teriyaki chicken. This location is clean and the staff decently friendly. Theres no drive-through at this location as a heads up, but there is a decent amount of parking as its located in a strip mall. Do the 4 stars Im giving it put it on the same level as a nicer restaurant? No. But for fast food it is, in my opinion, one of the better places to eat fried food.

This is my second time going and the cashier named Courtney was rude. The first time we came I thought maybe she was having a bad day, we all have those kind of days. We came again a month later and she was rude again. She must really hate her job!

I feel grateful to Panda Express for letting weight conscious customers choose veggies instead of either rice or chow mein. The vegetables could be cooked more imaginatively.I also wish that hot tea was a drink option in the fall and winter.

The good is very tasty. Compared to sit down Chinese restaurants I think it is a better value. Their soda prices are bit high but I guess I didnt have to buy one. All in all a great meal.
