It has taken me awhile to post this. My family and I own property in the area so we frequent Hoodsport often. I will not stop at the Model T again. In over 10+ years I have eaten there twice. The food is disgusting. I have never had a BLT on an untoasted hamburger bun. Gross. It was several years before I ate there again, so while in a hurry, I ordered grilled chicken salad. How can you screw up salad? For $7.99 I received a salad on small saucer size paper plate that had about 2 oz of chicken... maybe 2 oz. and lettuce. For $9.99 you can drive a few miles north to Eagle Creek Saloon and get 3 times the salad, with all the fixings. What a rip off. If you do want to stop, order beer or wine. Their mixed drinks are the weakest around. And, of course, over priced. At least with beer/wine you know what your getting. If you want to be over charged and under served, this is the place for you. When you visit and find yourself upset dont take it out on the bartenders. They are some of the nicest women. Management is the problem here. The owners are very hard on their staff, borderline abusive in my opinion. Its unfortunate that our economy is the way it is, these bartenders are kind of stuck. Tip them extra, they put up with more hell then anyone should in their place of employment. They catch crap from guests for the poor quality, and they catch crap from management. The Mexican restaurant down the street, El Puerto De Angeles, has good food, good drinks, good prices. Thats a better alternative or go to Eagle Creek where you will never be disappointed. The burger place right across the street is a little over priced but the food is amazing. Any of these establishments are a better choice than the T.

Stopped in for some lunch. When we walked in it is dark with a pool table a bar and a few tables off to the side. Not what I would consider a pleasant environment, but OK for a bar. Started with a blue moon, and should have had a hint when the rather unfriendly waitress asked if I wanted a glass. Did not come with an orange slice which I actually enjoy and when I asked for one, I was told they do not have any oranges (hmmmm - a bar without any orange slices - oh well). I ordered the seafood platter which consisted of 2 very small pieces of fish, 3 shrimp, 3 oysters and a bunch of french fries for $15.99. Start with all the fried food was greasy and overdone - sad to say the french fries were the highlight and not all that great, but acceptable. My wife had the breaded oysters (~6 oysters I believe) at $10.99 which were pretty much the same as mine - greasy and overdone. So basically food is pretty pathetic, service was OK, but certainly not good, and atmosphere was poor at best. I would NOT go back and would not suggest others to go there as there are many other choices around that would likely be better.

Its taken me a while to get around to posting on this place, but HORRIBLE! I felt violated. I should have spoken up while I was there, but what for? I may have felt better, but I probably would have gone off a tirad and just made myself crazy. The people were nice, I will say that, but the food - GREASY, small portion, total ripoff - typical of these places on the side of the hwy, not many places to eat, youre in hurry, so you say what the hell. They prey on unsuspecting travelers who are just passing through, because they wouldnt last a month with any dependence on repeat customers. So, they get what they can from you because they know theyll never see you again. Next season another person will open up in this location with a new name, same over-priced greasy crap, right out of the can/freezer garbage. Well, NOT ME!

I have been going to the model t for 20 years and now days the beer is nasty and piss warm the chicken is ok and overpriced like the rest of the food, the wait staff is inconsistant and very rude at times.the owners mark and his wife stephanie are not welcoming and have pushed out alot of buisness including myself and the rest of my family. My self Id rather eat at the burger stand but really if ya want good food drinks go to eagle creek its up the road on 101...im hoping for a change at model t ...

Good food and friendly wait staff. Biker friendly. A good place to stop. Its inconceivable how anyone could give this place any less than 4 stars. We have stopped here numerous times and each and every time the service has been very good, attentive and the food has been good. Its a friendly bar, with friendly staff and patrons and good food. What more could you desire?

There are no reasons why I could have possibly enjoyed my experience here. From the minute I walked in the door until I finally escaped, it was genuinely terrible. Go somewhere else. Please. Dont make my mistake. The Mexican place down the road is amazing. I should have stuck with that...for the 3rd time. Halibut tacos were amazing. Skip this disaster and go there.

A place for locals in a tourist town. Biker friendly. Service can be slow when crowded, and fried chicken takes 20 minutes per batch and they do not cook ahead so waits average 30 minutes.worth the wait. They treat alcohol and grease the way they should be - like food groups!

The service was excellent. The deluxe burger was tasty but there was no Burger in it hardly. Clam strips were good but too small. The French dip was nothing to write home to mother about. The broasted chicken in the gizzards are excellent all in all its still only gets a 3

Friendly place to stop in for an adult beverage and something to eat. They have a pool table and darts. They also have a section for families. During the summer the have a beer garden. My favorite thing to eat are their pressure fried chicken and joes. Yum!

Its a bar more than anything else, i dont suggest eating here for a nice meal out. The fried chicken is the best in town so i visit here... its nice to stop in for a beer. Staff is friendly and they try to do a lot to support the local economy.

Stiff drinks but no pull tabs anymore. You can use your Touch Tune app on the jukebox. Food is typical bar fare except, boasted chicken and jo s are super good. Drip in homemade Ranch dressing. Fun playing pool.

Food is not really good at all. " Family eatery ?" No. I would not take my children in here. If you are a drunk, this is the place for you. The service is questionable and the alcohol talks here.....

Good place to stop in Hoodsport. Pub food with a smile. Decent selection of beer and spirits. Very small restaurant. Right on the corner before you head up to the mountains.
