I and my wife walked into the mall specifically to eat at pints & quarts and maybe drink. I spotted a singular table in the bar area open after walking past the seat yourself sign. Upon sitting down a waitress came over and flung menus and coasters on the table looking really pissed off that we sat down in her section. She asked what we wanted to drink, with her already acting so rude I didnt want to ask what kind of soda they had so my wife and I both started to look at the menus. She scolded me and my wife saying the beer list was on the back wall making no motion as to which wall since we were in a corner that couldnt see half the walls. I asked for a stand by beer of mine and was recieved with a flat we dont have that. No help or let up of the utterly rude and almost condescending attitude at all. We just asked for a Coke to get her away from us as fast as possible. I and my family have eaten here before and was a wonderful experience with delicious food. We have even brought other family to try it, and they loved it. But this foul experience has ruined any love for this place. Would not recomend. Will not return.

Had a great experience 3 weeks ago on a busy bingo night. Servers were great, food was good, no complaints at all! Gave it a another try before a movie this past monday. Took almost 10 minutes for a server to come to our table which was right next to the bar. Bartender clearly noticed us and walked by us twice without acknowledging us. Then saw her walk to the back thinking she was grabbing us a server, nope a male employee (looked like a manager) to take a shot at the bar, while we still sat there. Finally a server came and seemed annoyed to have to wait on us. First drinks were perfect (i watched them pore) the second round of my long island had little alcohol but loaded up on coke.. third drink i again saw them make and was definitely over pored. No consistency what so ever. Once we paid the server laid my card & receipt down and walked away without even thanking us. I still tipped 20% (because i previously worked in the industry) but will think twice before going back and will not hesitate to leave if that server or bartender are there.

As far as sports bars go this is pretty top notch. went there on a Saturday night and there was college football on about 16 different large tvs throughout the bar. Usually that and a decent beer selection are all I need in a sports bar but there was another event going on. At the table next to us people playing can only be referred to as giant table Jenga. I mean they built it so high that they almost had to climb on top of a chair to put the final pieces on before it collapsed. And once it did every clapped. Now that is an experience that I wont forget for a while. Really the only negative to this place is that its attached to a mall which I usually hate mall bars. But all in all its still a solid sports bar.

Very good happy hour prices, a wide selection of beers, a good variety of menu items (although on the skimpy side, if youre looking for vegetarian - and dont even look for vegan), and good service make this an all-around winner. However, the kitchen is its Achilles heel. A half-filled restaurant can get the kitchen backed up by an hour. The kitchen wont inform its service staff and the result is an order of pasta and some fish and chips takes 65 minutes to arrive (and the fish was cold). This situation has happened more than once, to my family and I. So, maybe check with your server, "Is the kitchen actually keeping up with the food orders?" before you commit to putting in an order, in the first place.

Fast service. Seat yourself and there was a booth open. Did not get a drinks list/menu. Cobb Salad was great and one of the freshest salads I have had. Lettuce was fresh, egg was hard boiled great, and chicken was still warm. Did go at "off" hour and wait staff seemed kind of "new" our waiter had to be reminded to help customers. My one complaint is was with a waiter that was washing the booth behind ours and asked another staff member for a towel/rag to wipe down booth. The towel/rag was thrown over our booth to the waiter wiping down the booth. Kinda gross since it flew over all our food and drinks. I will go here again to try something else on menu.

This bar has decent food BUT it is completely overlooked by the terrible service. Especially by Mylissa the bar maid. The reason this bar thrives is location, it is the only sports bar within 2 miles that is also conveniently located within the mall. Strictly convenience keeps this bar alive. Breakfast food deals are half portions and bloody marys are made from a mix. The good about this bar is the close walk to the liquor store. The only thing that washes away cheap service is cheaper vodka.

My food was good but the service is horrible. Ordered drinks that never came and was charged for things that were not ordered. When politely letting her know there was a mistake, she was incredibly disrespectful and stormed away in a huff. Overall disappointing experience. People in the service industry should know what it means to give good service, especially if they want tips.

Breakfast there is gross. 5 out of 5 orders were all completely wrong, and not worth eating. Too many issues to bother listing. It was OK that they were only half portion sized, if that, because not one person wanted theirs. No point sending them back, and wait staff doesnt come back unless you track them down. Wed heard dinner was OK, but wont ever do breakfast there again.

This location has really grown in the last few years. It looks so much more inviting now. Great bar area with a second level adds a lot of seats. Still great beer choices. Full bar. Food seems to have developed too but Ive always liked it. Great date spot, watch a game or grab a pint before the movies.

The food was great but I will never go back the waitress decided to put her own tip in and I my eyes stole from me and my family of 3 kids and since I caught it the manager said it was a mistake u dont mistake something like that and I warn everybody to keep tabs on the bill

Very nice Decor. Lots of tvs to watch some fun. My server ( Nicole) was fast and awesome and comes with a smile. Beer and food. Ya cant lose . I recommend this place. N I plan to come back. Thank you Pints and Quarts for being awesome.

Wish they would bring back the Onion Rings. They were so good. Id have that and the finger lickn fries for a meal. Bad for your health but good for the soul :D. Now how about them onion rings huh? Bring them back please :D?

Their food is pretty decent. The fella in the bar, his name starts with a J, is the only saving grace to the horrid service here. The waitresses are super rude. Was way better before it became a lame sports bar.
