I have lived in Federal Way for years now... but I never went to Popeyes because I avoid fast food. Well today I was in a hurry, and just wanted something quick and simple, so I took a chance. I was blown away. My fried chicken was juicy and well seasoned, my side items were perfect - and the sweet tea with real cane sugar transported me back to my childhood in the South in one sip. I was very pleased to say the least. The staff was full of personality, and although the business was very busy, each person I encountered was polite, friendly, and made me feel actually welcome. It is a cheap option, no mistake. For example, the paper napkins are are the lowest quality youll find in America... and etc etc. But if you can get over yourself enough to give this place a chance, you might be surprised how much you like it.

Establishment was clean, people were friendly and food was good. Employees seemed a little lost and things were in disarray behind the scenes. My order also got forgot. Thankfully they have Jessica working there. She is on top of things, friendly and eager to assist and when she noticed I was looking for my food from the table she was quick to make it herself. You can tell shes a go getter and could potentially whip that place into better shape. Maybe one day shell be a manager there.

I enjoyed the meal I received, first time going to Popeyes. The service here was good, I went inside to see the menu better, and the employees I interacted with were very nice, Aja was the girl at the register, who was helpful and patient. I enjoyed the macaroni and cheese side that I got with the dinner meal (I opted for dinner over combo since the drinks are a little pricey), but Im interested in going back and trying more side options, there are a lot of delicious looking sides.

I only come here for their spicy chicken, which is absolutely divine. Most of their sides except for french fries leave a lot to be desired. The service here is slow and unresponsive, I walked in and took several minutes before somebody acknowledged us, in addition to that it took a while to get our food ready, it was slightly busy but they should have been able to keep up. This place is in desperate need of quality management and an attentive owner.

The food is absolutely amazing! who would have thought to make a shrimp sandwich? Order the shrimp poboy, it was satisfying. The decor was alright, it wasnt too cramped. If you think of it, its fast food, what do you expect?The service was pretty good. I was with eight other people, half being little kids. It didnt take longer than 5-10 minutes, but the food is worth it. I recommend Popeyes for all you seafood lovers!

Not bad but not good. Chicken tenders are good, but their fried chicken fails in comparison to kfc. The biscuits are better Ill give them that. But last time I went half of my chicken tenders were spicy when I didnt ask for that. I was specifically waiting for regular ones for 12 minutes just to get mostly spicy... I do appreciate the newer soda machines. But it can be a pain to get to from the busy highway.

Best service at a fast food restaurant by far!! The order took a bit longer than expected so they hooked up 5 more chicken tenders and 2 baked sweet potato pies which were amazing!! The staff checked up on our food and gave us extra napkins. The spicy chicken tender, biscuits, potato and cajun gravy, and cajun rice are excellent if you have a hard time choosing. Highly recommend it!!

I was impressed with the staff and management of this location. A man came in covered in dirty closes shacking. He asks if they could spare some food. Rather then just brushing him off they feed him and then I watched two guests bring over even more food for him. I was proud of this place for helping and proud of the guests for going even farther.

They mixed up our orders. I ordered a two piece combo, spicy, with white meat, my wife ordered a regular dark meat two piece. Mine came out regular white, and hers was half spicy half regular. My breast was overcooked, but edible. The portions were way too small for the $16 it cost us (without up-sizing or anything). I wont be going back.

I LOVE their food but the service here is absolutely terrible. They are constantly messing up orders even when it isnt busy. They never give the right sauces & the staff isnt very friendly. More often than not they just good around at this location. I still come back because I love my Popeyes chicken but they need new employees!

I never really enjoyed going due to the management and how they treat their employees until a unfamiliar face showed up. He was a polite, handsome, and seemed more focused on the customer and how his team was versus focusing on the sale. Thank you Mr.Charlito. You made my experience better simply off caring for others.

Ordered 2 Cajun wing meals and an order of Cajun wings and asked them to replace the regular dipping sauce with blackened ranch. Instead, they have us no sauce at all and when we went in to get them, they said we could only have 3 blackened ranches before paying extra. 18 wings, 2 orders of fries, 3 dipping sauces!

Theres no Tuesday special to have it from Louisiana to Colorado to get a thigh for a dollar 49, every time I see a Popeyes in your highway exit or anything they dont have one, this sucks, thats one of the only reasons I eat at Popeyes is because I get to go once a week, otherwise I probably would have gone to Arbys

Staff are always friendly and the food for the most part is always fresh. Last experience wasnt that great though as the food was a bit cold, the biscuit was really stale, and the bathrooms were not being cleaned nor were the hand soaps being refilled. Hopefully, it was just an "off-day" for them.

The food is great! But if your looking for customer service, youve come to the wrong place! They work theyre cause they have to. So dont expect smiles or extra sauce, hmm hmm, Cajun style! And the restaurant has no ac, so expect to sweat on a hot summer day. But the food, its awesome!

I have this place three stars because of the service. The people who work there is horrible. The service is horrible. And they kept getting my order wrong. I ordered something simple cant remember what it was but it took them three times just to get it right. So three stars it is.

Bad coustmer service about 99% of the time i go...workers always seem to have and additude like they hate there job...ive worked in coustmer service and would never treat a coustmer like that i love popeyes but dont like going cause of the workers...its giving popeys a bad name.

This is my favorite location. The spicy chicken is always spicy and not oily. In other location its sometimes doesnt taste the same. But at this location its always good and the place is clean. Staff is friendly. Even though this location is farther away, we come here.
