16 years of coming to this restaurant has come to an end. It was a place I recommended to everyone. The employees were fantastic, the food was unbelievable. Until tonight. Went down to have our favorite Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad, and when it was placed in front of us we looked at each other kinda of dumbfounded. It was a salad made with iceberg lettuce! We asked if they were out of romaine, our server said they had been receiving different types of lettuce lately. She returned in a bit and offered to remake our salads so we could take one home. We declined this offer because I didnt want to eat a soggy salad later. We will not return. Oh and when we went to pay....WTH no suckers! If you are a Casa Mia regular you really look forward to those dum dums after dinner!!

My wife and I went to this restaurant on Wed. 8/24. We have gone there for many years while we worked the fair. Its been two yrs. since our last trip and we were very disappointed. We gave the food a 7. It wasnt bad, but the service was terrible. We had a waiter we had to call to the table several times. We had to ask for water, for drinks, for bread to eat with our dinner. Each time we had to wait for several minutes. We were the only ones in the rest. for most of our stay. We asked the waiter if the rest. had changed hands since it had gone down hill...he said it changed owners in Jan. we will not be going back.

Go for the pizza! This was overall a very pleasant experience. I ordered the Chicken and Three Cheese pizza and it was one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. The crust was soft but crispy on bottom and absolutely delicious, the toppings were very flavorful and I loved the cheese. I wasnt overly impressed with the green salad, its just iceberg lettuce with a bunch of mozzarella cheese and olives, but some people would really like it that way. It was very fresh. Based on the other reviews and the experience that I had, if youre going to try this restaurant, order pizza. ;)

My family and I ate at Casa Mia Italian Restaurant in Puyallup, Washington and we were served by a lovely lady named Rocio. First, the welcome and service provided by Rocio was beyond impeccable! She was so welcoming, friendly, down to earth and a great waitress that was on top of everything! Every detail was taken care of while we were there! Our food was absolutely excellent. From the Pastas to Sausage to Bread, MMmmmmmm! I would give this TEN STARS if they were available! I cannot believe we had not eaten here before now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Coming from NY we tried to find a good Italian restaurant in Puyallup. This isnt it! Ive had AWESOME pizza at Pizza Pizazz in Fed Way or Lakewood (just like home!) Also, Lakewood Casa Mias food is soooo much better (different mgmt, same menu). Theres absolutely no value here. Its overpriced for small pasta or dinner portions and both the take out and in resturant service is lousy. Dont waste your time. If you need to stay in Puyallup and really want Italian, go to Arista 5 blocks south or Tuscanos.

I recently just moved to washington from the midwest and have been desperately trying to find good pizza in Puyallup. My favorite pizza in the midwest where I am from is in a little shop owned by an Italian family and I want something about the same. A few friends around here suggested Casa Mia so I tried.. It was ok, but i thought the sauce was horrible and the crust wasnt to good either. The cheese was great though!! It wasnt horrible totally but I will keep my search going...

Decided to try this since it has the same name as one in Olympia and that one was decent. My husband asked to take his back (a veal and mushroom dish) and my chicken parmesan tasted like tasteless, once frozen meat they coated with sauce and cheese. Then our server went home and no one helped us. We had to go to pay (because theyll come if youre gonna pay lol) to get our kids the ice cream that was supposed to come after the meal. Will never return.

The food has gone downhill so much. The fettuccine was gross. All the sauces taste like they are right out of the can or jar. The casa mia salad is just iceberg lettuce, olives and mozzarella cheese drenched in dressing. The only thing that looked good was my sons calzone. Definitely over priced for the quality. Seriously. Maybe shorten the menu but dont cut costs so much that it comes to serving college style cuisine.

I had the best tasting pizza Ive ever had in my life. Hands down the best pizza I recommend it the meat lovers their standard go to and then the chicken with white sauce. Oh my my Service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing with the ability to hear your date. I will add $50 for 2 pizzas (1 Bean half off) is a little outrageous and possibly deter me from coming back. Granted it was good, but not that good.

Two Pizza a plate of Spaghetti $100 WHATS UP? Believe me people the pizzas GOOD meatballs need some work! To processed for my liking. Still not in the mood for soft balls. I myself like meaty, Harti beefy type of meatballs. What shocked me was it was buy a pizza get the 2nd for half price. $300 pops X2 and how the hell did I get to $89 and change. JOKE

Great pizza! Really poor service with the place not at all busy. Waters sat empty for 45+ minutes, even after the waitress had walked by or visited the table multiple times. Disappointing considering how good the food is. Im still sitting here at the table waiting, lol. Almost wish I had to pay for my own meal so I could leave a penny as a tip.

Ive had the pizza, the spaghetti, and calzone. They were all huge. When I ordered the pizza it took a little while to come out but was well worth it. Its in the heart of downtown Puyallup. Ive never had a problem parking but during rush hour I could see that being an issue. Homemade Italian sodas are a must for the kids.

Had old brown lettuce in my salad and the manicotti tasted like it was made wih gravey and put in the microwave! She took the salad off, but still charged for the manicotti that I sent back! No one else was in the resturaunt and the service was still slow, no reason for that. Never again.

For an area full of good Italian food this was very disapointing. Skip it and hit up near by Tuscanos or Aversanos instead. The puttanesca was just marinara with a little olive and caper in it and everyone elses food as also very bellow average. On a positive note, the service as good!

Horrible food and Horrible service. When I complained I got hung up on 3 times, and told I was lying. I will NEVER eat here again and will be complaining to a higher level than the RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL person who chose to ignore me and my complaint.
