Drive through service can be a joke. If they tell you they dont have an item ready, count your loss and move on. Them telling you it will be ready in ~4mins, they can bring it out to you, Ha. Gave them the chance, I do like Beijing beef. Sat out front with my marker lights on for 20 mins. Guess they are not coming. But they ran my credit card. Walked in to hand them the receipt 20 mins old, and ask for them to just reverse the charge. Looks as if the window girl had gone off for break and left everyone else there to twiddle their thumbs because they had fewer that 5 inside/driveup customers since my order was taken.

It looks really clean, food was great and service was fast and friendly. Update: Sick... Shortly after eating Ive been sick. It was the only food I had so it narrowed down what has gotten me sick. I picked guests up from out of town after eating. I started getting sick just before picking them up and I unfortunately have spent more time in the bathroom than catering to my guests. My stomach, ohhh my stomach. I will spare you the details but Im sure you understand why Ill never go back.

The food is pretty good most of the menu items are quite tasty. However lately weve had some problems with the orders being incorrect. And when we went today we were actually hassled by the person at the window. So I would strongly recommend going inside to get your order and stay away from the drive-thru they dont get a right and theyre rude

Very disappointed with portion size. They grab whats left in tray and fill little bit over half of container. When I asked to add, they said it is normal portion. Never had such a small portion in Panda Express. Upgrade: stop by couple times after previous review and did not see same manager. Portion bigger and very nice stuff.

Poor service. Ordered items were missing. When I came back they refused to give me the items that I ordered. I gave her the bag of food back that I paid for and said I will never do business with you again! Poor customer service!!!!!

The cocaisian female server, named Kitty, got an attitude against a customer with no respect and smile, needs to be retrained for sure. And I dont know why the food tastes awful!! with nasty smell today, need to go to bathroom!

I got there at 9:30, it says they close at 10 pm online. Apparently they closed at 8:30 for a party that night. I am very disappointed and wont be returning there. They need to honor their closing hours.

Pretty good most of the time but if you go afrer 8:30pm (close at 10pm) you are going to get slim picks as far as variety. Staff is super friendly and it is really clean. So arrive early and enjoy!

Closes early. Showed up 10min until close and drive thru was closed lobby locked mopped and people still messing with soda machine food etc. Didnt offer to open door when knocked!
