My grandmother ate here and told me about her horrible experience. She doesnt use technology well so Im writing it for her. My grandma went to this olive garden a few days ago. And all was fine when she received her tea, but when the same waitress came back to take her food order a few minutes later my grandma said the waitress wreaked of marijuana. My grandma politely explained what she could smell to the waitress and stated the smell doesnt bother her because she knows its legal. Grandma politely suggested the waitress spray herself with perfume and wash her hands, that way other customers werent upset or offeneed (because of children and other elderly people there) The waitress Alisa Kelsey (name waitress gave my grandma) went off on my grandma telling her that "she needed to mind her own damn business and stay out of hers" My grandma was so appalled she requested a new server, ate her food, payed and left. She has a group thing with her and 9 other women that go there once or twice a month. She said neither her nor those 9 other ladies will ever be back to that Olive Garden. If I could give 0 stars I would.

COURTNEY at the to go counter was amazingly kind and helpful. Even though it was a few minutes before closing tonight, she helped me with a smile. The to go order I attempted over the phone while sitting in my car in the parking lot was denied. I was told they stop at 10pm. Joe who was counting the till when I entered was not happy about the fact I had cash to pay with. He was just out of sight, and said, " really!?" Then literally slammed the till and stormed off to the back of the kitchen.... while Courtney waited patiently for the change to stop vibrating from the force with which he slammed the drawer! Instead of leaving a terrible review about joe, Id rather say that Courtney saved the experience with her polite and kind personality. Thank you Courtney for being the kind of person we all should aspire towards, especially during this holiday season. And joe... you can be a scrooge if you want but the tips can go to Courtney!

Just graduated today and the whole family decided to go to olive garden. All though they only had 1 hour till they closed, we had an amazing waiter, named Arturo! He was absolutely sweet and absolutely great at his job. my whole family was impressed and he had a VERY good sense of humor (considering I, and some other family members are MAJOR goof balls! He hardly ever had us waiting and was very consistent on the drinks, boxes, taking empty plates and bowls out of our way and kept the table very neat and presentable the whole time. not only will graduation be a memorable time for me and my family, but our trip to olive garden will be too. THANK YOU Arturo for the generous amounts of cheese thanks to my strange love for the beloved dairy product. And also thank you for a VERY memorable night! You deserve a raise!:D Sincerely -The family of 6, with the graduate in the middle of the left seat (Booth by the door:) )

My fiancee and I just left the Everett Mall Olive garden. We usually go to the one in Marysville. We wont ever come back to this one. Never got our entrees. The salad we got was not fresh, and the bread sticks were hard. We waited for 15 minutes for a server in the bar. Finally asked the hostess to get someone. She didnt get our order in promptly and we ended up having to go, as we had an appointment. She spent time outside with her boyfriend. A male server came into the bar, announcing he was ready for a drink. The manager (Im assuming) was also unprofessional. Bad atmosphere, lousy service. Marysville Olive Garden is worth the drive. Better experience and fresh salad!!

The quality of food and service wasnt as spot on as usual on this visit. I love garlic, and didnt think it was possible to have too much garlic, but apparently you can...thats all I could taste in every dish. We went before the dinner rush and were seated in the lounge for, in the words of the hostess, "faster service and a quieter spot", but our waiter was switched in the middle of our order and then the new waiter continually disappeared for long periods of time. It was actually quite loud in that area as well, due to the blender at the bar. We will go again, but wont sit in the lounge, and will try other entrees and appetizers to see if the garlic amount improves.

This is my first time writing a restaurant review. Today I went to Olive Garden with my parents and grandpa who dont speak English and usually have trouble ordering at restaurants, but this time they left impressed. We ordered the standard Olive Garden fare. Our waiter was amazing, probably the best waiter that we ever got at Olive Garden. She was very helpful at explaining the menu She was quick to bring whatever we needed, brought drink refills when she would see that our glasses were getting empty and was very attentive all together. Very friendly and super quick. Her name is Jennifer Martin. I dont usually write reviews, but today I had to.

, I had the tortellini and chicken, was very grey. It looked AWEFUL. I didnt even eat half my plate. Did not take home leftovers. I have never had food from you that tasted this bad before. I am shocked !! I will not be back. If Ramsey was there, he would look at that plate and say WTF!!! The dinner my husband had was not good either. The chicken was a cooked frozen chicken, the Alfredo was bad, and the lasagna was pretty dark. He had the tour of Italy. Hmmm we got there around 6 pm. You werent that busy. Waitresses were standing around. So, I must not be the only one that got bad food.

I fully realize that authentic Italian and Olive Garden are not the same thing but the reality is that however you classify the food here, its pretty much always good and with the bottomless soup, salad and bread sticks along with some of their other promotions, its a fair value as well. We always receive great service at this location and if I werent watching my carbs, Id probably eat here several times a month. Thanks for being a great asset to the neighborhood!

The Olive Garden and I have never really seen eye to eye. Regardless of the locations Ive patronised, the food, service and prices always seem to come up short. Having said that, I was fairly pleased with my last visit at the Everett mall location. Our server was attentive, the food was about what we expected, and I didnt leave feeling cheated. We even took advantage of their "Bring one home for $1" option. Stranger things have happened.

My family came in this evening to celebrate mothers day. It was busy of course, but to be expected. We ordered appetizers of the kiosk and are meals a couple minutes later with the waitress..well somewhere down the line there was a little mix up and the app came out after our meal. The waitress noticed the mix up apologized and the manager Jim also came out and told us he took it off the ticket. Anyways, both Jim and our waitress were great!!

We came in at 8:30 pm waited for for about 15 minutes. We ordered soup and salad. After a small portion of soup waitress said that they are out of soup. I waited for 50 minutes and waitress came with the bill. Then when I said that if I can supsitute with something else she brought me bowl of soup saying that her general manager founit. I was very disappointed with Everett Olive Garden. Next time think before you come here.
