The food is excellent. No doubt about that. My issue is the service. The atmosphere is great, but Ive been in to this Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times & I wont be coming back for a 4th because of the terrible service. The 1st occasion, my buddies & I whent to eat & catch the Blazer game. They charged us $6 a person just to be in there because of a USC fight, then they turned all the TVs to the fight. Couldnt watch the game. The next experience was when a friend ordered wings for me to pick up. They waited until I arrived to pick up and pay for my order (they were soooo quick to take my money) before they even put it in. After waiting for close to twenty minutes someone brought out my order to sit behind the counter & get cold for an additional ten minutes before I was aloud to take it. My last attempt to visit was last night when my girlfriend and I came in about an hour & a half before closing where we sat ungreeted for 10 minutes. Its not that nobody saw us. We made eye contact with several employees who were going about their carefree lives (as it seemed), its just that we apparently werent important enough to be bothered with. We decided to leave because we were never sat. We drifted across the parking lot to a pizza place called "The Rock" where we had an amazing experience. Even if Buffalo Wild Wings does have great wings, Chicken Wings are too common & too easy to make to put up with the arrogance & lazyness of the staff. The servers Ill admit Ive had little dealings with, but the hosts/hostesses should be fired. Hope this was helpfull.

Seemed like the hostess forgot about us and started seating people who came behind us. The server who brought out the food dropped my wing and said shed replace it but never did. Even worst, while our regular server was filling our water the server who brought out the food told her "I accidentally dropped his wing and said sorry and now he keeps glaring at me." I never even addressed the dropped wing I just replied "thank you" when she told me shed replace it. Got our receipts and waited 10+ mins then decided to go check out at the front desk. Was detoured by the desk and was told only the waiter could ring us out. Sat back at our table after the waiter took our cards and waited another 10+ mins! until they kicked us off our table for another party that had arrived. It wasnt a busy time and staff were sitting around not doing anything - one even constantly sat in the booth and flirted with her BF right next to us. Unprofessional and not the most pleasant experience. Will not return after this experience and the infamous Facebook/fraudulent tip scandal.

Just had one of the worst restaurant experiences ever!! My family and I went to eat here on a Saturday night at around 5pm. Not an usually time for a family to go out and eat. When we walked in we were asked if we were there for the fight. We said no, just to eat. We were then very rudely asked if we would be done eating in 45 min??? How are we suppose to know how long it takes to eat, I thought?? But we sat down and continued to order our food. Our waiter was very friendly, but the male host upfront... Was extremely rude. He even sent one of his girls over during out meal to ask if we needed anything else... Very obviously hinting we needed to leave soon before the fight started. I am not one to complain, but I felt very unwelcome and rushed out of our meal for the fact that people paying the cover would be arriving soon and we needed to leave and make room for them. We didnt know there was a fight happening, just wanted to eat dinner. Horrible host, needs to be fired.

We came 2 hours early just to get seats for a birthday party before all the people who wanted to watch the UFC fight came. We got our reservations for a bigger party than usual , and the hostess told us it will probably be a longer wait so we went to get some drinks from a different place. Then I got a text like 5 minutes later saying our tables were ready. We were rushing over to the restaurant as fast as we possibly could. As we walked inside the hostess said that she gave our seats away to another party because we were more than "5 minutes late" , which at the moment we didnt know. As we reserved once again she told us that we have to be there within 5 minutes when we get the text, which she didnt tell us at first . It made us very angry because she worked there and she didnt tell us that we had to be there within 5 minutes , I mean isnt that her job ?!?!

We came in and reserved our table for three. About fifteen minutes and we took our seat. Two of us got street tacos which were delicious but the other person got a crispy chicken wrap but they brought a grilled chicken wrap. They offered to take it back but we said its fine to be polite. One of the people at my table was having a beer, when she was asked if she wanted another she said yes but never received it just was asked at the end if we wanted the check... they didnt offer a discount or anything either for the wrap. They use plastic cups so all the fountain drinks are flat and gross. Overall theyre very disorganized, the staff doesnt have good communication and they look overwhelmed the whole time. Theyre hiring right now so maybe theyre understaffed? Who knows.

A service fail. We dropped in on Christmas Eve. The place was almost empty, so there was no excuse for the level of/LACK of service that we received. And it was not just us, we watched the table beside us have their food delivered and then have to wait for the server to eventually reappear from wherever she kept disappearing in order to bring them silverware. My iced tea was not refilled unless I waved somebody over, and the last time, it was so warm that I had to wait for the server to make her half-hourly reappearance in order to ask for some ice. If theyd been busy, I can look past some of this, but it wasnt. If you are on the clock, you should be on the floor. Our server wasnt.

We love the bar section of this location. Robb, Jason, and Travis are GREAT! Friendly service, attention to detail, and no vacuuming around your table while youre trying to eat (<-personal pet peeve, and frequent occurrence in the dining room at night). The happy hour and late night deals are fantastic. Weve always had good interactions with management as well. If I had to rate the dining room and its seemingly ever-changing, forgetful, unfriendly staff, Id give it two stars. (If only the servers put as much effort into serving people as they obviously put into their hair and make-up...) We choose other restaurants when we want to eat someplace with our children.

Describe your experience .... TERRIBLE!!! Its 7:10... my party of 9 has been waiting for over an hour & they have seated roughly 5-8 parties ahead of us. They said they needed to put 2 tables together but yet keep seating people at the tables that are needed for us. At 6pm Shaunna (the hostess) said that she couldnt tell us a time wait but that it will be a while so we left for 10 minutes & when we came back they said theyve already called us so we had to make a new reservation. She was very rude every time we spoke to her & was constantly rolling her eyes & walked away from us as we were talking to her!
