The quality of service is problematic. Ive found that some staff members are unprofessional and arrogant. Sometimes they are ignorant to customers requests and change what they ask for, and seems very impatient if asked to correct their mistakes. I personally feel this is really offending to customers and makes people unhappy.

Its okay. some of the reps are really cool. But not all of them. The food/service is not always satisfactory to be honest. But maybe I dont have enough experience with Chinese food in America to make a sound judgment yet
