There is a waitress with a horrible service. I dont remember her name and I dont even want to. I wont talk about her characteristics because some people could feel uncomfortable about it. She was not happy from the start to the end. Never smiled. We asked for wings and onion rings. It could be my fault, I asked I want onion ring, didnt tell her what size I wanted. She didnt ask me back what size either. When I got the rings, it was a big order. I asked a food runner(he was very nice) to change it for us. After that, we saw her talking behind us. She never checked our table. We needed to ask for everything, napkins, bowls, and sauces. Kyle, a lead server or manager, he was very nice. Him and the food runner made us feel better after the bad service from the waitress. But after I talked about the service with Kyle, when we walk out from the restaurant, we saw the waitress looking at us, talking with another waitress with shaking her head. I wish why she was so unhappy with us while she was acting nice to other tables. I wish that is not because we were only the Asian customers at that moment.

went there recently and was seated in the back room. forget about it, no one came to us, no one helped us, so after waiting for 15-20 minutes waiting even to give us water, no one came. this is including to waiting in the waiting area 15-20 minutes. exceptionally bad experience. the family that came after us, was served right away, given with waters, etc. we know were only one family but not going back there, plus its not even family friendly. bad service. we walked out. while walking out, flagged a manager and told him what happened. he just said hell look into it. didnt even offer that if we can have a seat, that hell have someone take care of us right away, something to this effect. really bad service. luckily, red robin is right across, went over there and enjoyed our stay. hope the buffalo wings arrogancy will break them back to earth; they are busy, making money right now looks like, and were only one stat, so who cares is their attitude.

Where do I start. From the entrance someone was smoking. I told the first hostess I saw who didnt seem to care. The music was so loud I couldnt even hear my waiter. The flavored lemonades were awful. The mango sauce didnt get labeled. We had one napkin to use. ..... Hello its a chkn wing place. ******The key ingredient in Pico De Gallo is Cilantro- which was nowhere to be found. Send your cooks back to culinary school or any where in the South west. I did not see one other waiter smiling. The waiter did not ask if it was a special occasion. He did make an attempt at humour. ,too much. He did offer specials. He did not offer alcohol or desserts. I would not visit this location again. Id sooner drive all the way back to Tukwila where my birthday experience last year was amazing... but I guess every location is known for something different. And Lynnwood is a disaster.

Went to BWW yesterday for the first time. Place was cram packed but a team captain and another employee found a table for us in the back corner of the bar and seated us right away. Beer was good and cold and food was good. Deep fried pickle slices, spi nach artichoke flatbread, and wings were awesome. Sam gave us great service. Probably the only hitch in the whole experience was the fact that we ordered boneless wings but were brought traditional boned wings. Sam noticed this from about 15 away (he wasnt the one that delivered them). He came right over and offered to quickly get us boneless wings but we said it was ok and these were fine. Within a couple minutes he returned with a small container with 8-10 boneless wings, saying that we ordered them originally and should at least get to try some. Great experience. Cant wait to go back for a Seahawk game.

Prompt service from a "team" of football uniformed wait staff has always been my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The standard bar food definitely applies, they are known for their wings but have lots of stuff to throw in the fryer, put on a salad, or make a sandwich or wrap. They have a million (not really) sauces to put on your wings or in the buffalo mack and cheese. Word to the wise, parking on the weekend peak times or during a major sporting event will be terrible. There is a lot of additional parking behind the building but the sides and front fill up fast! The environment inside is fun, LOUD, and family friendly. If you have noisy kids this place is perfect. As a parent it can be tough to go out because kids get loud, but this place is great. There are also game tablets there that are FREE. Yup no charge. Lots of games to keep you or the kids busy.

My family Will never go back there. Why? #1. Service?? From the moment we stepped into the restaurant til we came out, saw ZERO WORKERS SMILING, NONE offered us H2O refills, Had to use the Bathroom to wash hands because No one came to give us any extra napkins...and... etc. #2. Value?? Lets see, wife and i with 3 kids (13, 11, & 2), Had to order 2 large wings ($23.99 each), a Burger, and a plate of sampler with 2 waters , 1 lemonade , and 1 soda.+ tax... Total= About $89. #3. Taste?? It all depends... If you are a Wing Master, or ever lived in N.Y. , or used to southern style fried chickens, ... you definitely wont say "wow!!" when you eat here. #4. Cleanliness?? Our booth had used napkin underneath. The metal portion of the bottom of our booth was all slippery on our shoes. #5. Conclusion?? Not worth $90.

Arrived at BWW 7:30 with a group of friends for a night of wings. We ordered our drinks and food around 7:50pm with no complaints. Drinks arrived on time, approximately 6-8min afterwards. This is where I had the worst experience at a restaurant in my whole entire life. 1.5hours afterwards, were still waiting for our food. I speak to the manager to get an answer to the unacceptable service. No response, a simple apology like it happens every night. He didnt provide what went wrong, how they will resolve it or even offer how I would like to get it resolved. Our table then is formerly apologized by the server not the manager himself. He basically fled the scene. Not only did they fail in customer service but clearly exhibited poor leadership. Never going back to the restaurant again. You lost a valuable customer.

I ordered a black bean burger in the style of a blue cheese burger, the bar tender said "a black bean burger with salad and blue cheese? " No I said, a black bean burger in the style of a blue cheese burger. I didnt say anything about a salad. He said "oh ok we can do that" when the burger arrived it was just a regular black bean burger. With a side of blue cheese. "Oh Ill send that back!" He said. Five minutes later it arrived , and looked good! But when I tried to bite into it, it was so overcooked that I couldnt hardly chew it. I paid my bill and complained to the bar tender and left hungry! NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE COOK , OR THE FACT THAT THE BAR TENDER DIDNT EVEN TRY TO MAKE ME HAPPY! Ive had good food and service there in the past but I dont think Ill be going back any time soon.
